    • Great picture quality, not so "smart"

This TV has great picture quality and we do really enjoy it. However, we've had several strange issues with the functioning of the "smart" feature. It often prompts us to remove apps to save on space, even though we don't have many apps. There's a section that displays a series or movie you've been watching and the idea is that you can select it and start the series or movie right where you were, but it often doesn't work. It'll navigate us to the provider (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) but it often doesn't go right to the movie / series that was displayed on the home screen and if it does, it often doesn't display the episode we were watching. I think when we're in the market for another TV, we'd likely not go with this one again. ... show more

I really like the tv. The colors make me feel like I’m looking at the scenery. The background noise is a problem. Just last week I noticed that the tv was taking longer to come or it immediately turned itself off.

A 75-inch for $698.00 is a steal. It was lightweight and it stays on 24/7 and I have not had any problems with it. Currently watching it.

Got this TV for a gift and it failed within 3 months. Contacted HiSense and due to my constantly changing addresses, it was another four months before I was someplace long enough to do the swap. My issue, not theirs. Anyway, shipped it in a box they provided and received a new TV in less than a week. If I had been be in a better area (was in the Florida Keys), they would have sent a tech to replace the main board. However, because of my travelling schedule, it was not possible. Once in a good location, it made more sense to ship it back. Very happy with their customer support. The new (replacement) TV works great. ... show more

Same exact issue.. first TV won't turn on after one year and 2 weeks of purchase.. and warranty is only one year. Second TV stopped working today same issue. Bought on January of this year. So should be under warranty. I will update this after hearing back from them. So far.. I don't recommend it. Good cheap TV but if you need to buy a new one every year. I think spend 100 more and get a different good brand that lasts for years at least. Such a waste! UPDATE: so they sent someone to my place to fix the TV. He said the TV turns on but no backlight to see it. And it can nit be fixed. Then he destroyed the TV and told me that I'll be getting a new one. There was none in-stock so they actually sent me an upgrade, a QLED TV. Much better quality than the kne I used to have. Brand new and ao far its been working fine. Satisfied with the warranty and how they sent everything without asking me to pay for anything, not even shipping like other companies would do. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Decent price. Lots of great features! Awesome quality screen. Doesn’t last long. 1 year 8 months and the motherboard is fried, is plugged into a surge protector
