These replacement parts fit perfectly in my grill making it look and function like new. Make sure you measure your old tubes and covers for length as illustrated in the product photos. If they are the same, they will fit exactly as the old parts. The new parts are well built and provide for a stable flame and heat function. The new cotter pins provided could have been a bit larger but they do their job of securing everything in place. I opted for the 304 stainless steel for added durability. Very easy install. Hardest part was cleaning the inside of the grill before I installed the new parts. My choice to do this as I could not allow myself to leave the grill body dirty when installing the new parts. Overall great product, great price, highly recommend.

I had been planning on buying a new grill for a while now because my burners were completely rusted and falling apart. I saw these replacements as an option and thought I would give it a try for $30 if it could save me $500 on a new grill. These worked out amazing. Apparently there are 2 types of installations (need on your grill type) and it comes with the parts for both. You just need to figure out if you're grill needs screws or clips. Either way, it was super easy to install. I didn't know what I was doing for the first burner but after I figured it out, the rest were cake. The entire install took me approximately 25min but now that I know how easy it is, I could probably do it in like 15 the next time. The new burners feen nice and have a good weight to them. They fit perfectly into the grills slots and I didn't have to force anything into place. The new flames come out clean through all the holes with no issues. Since I just installed them, I don't know about longevity yet but if they rust and break down within a year I'll come back and update, however, by the feel of them, they should last a while.

Real review here. Got the 6 burner cause i have a 6 burner grill not remembering that the 6th is a sear burner which has a different setup. No problem, I have an extra replacement now. The rest - exceptional. Easy to install, all parts and more included and I could not be happier. Perfect fit, very sturdy and Overall feels brand new. Very happy with my purchase, grill works like new!

I only needed replacement burners. Charbroil burners are out-of-stock and cost more. I opted for this kit which has many more pieces. 1) Four igniters were included. Model 463342118 requires only 2. Bonus! 2) The "Flavor Bars" fit perfectly. The originals worked fine but looked poor. It's nice to have shiny new ones. 3) The four burner tubes fit 100% as original. One tube required deburring on the gas input end. A minor manufacturing defect that took 30 secondes to make right. 4) Model 463342118 uses 8 hold down pins, 2 on each burner. Only 4 were included - 2 small and 2 large. I just used the originals. 5) The well worded, excellent, included instructions show 1 piece carry over tubes, same as the originals. The kit has 2 piece carryover tubes that you must slide together. I'm guessing the difference is so that these can be used on multiple models. Also there is an extra piece that can be used to switch the carryover tube orientation. Some folks may not figure out how to get these to work without instructions. It is a simple assembly process nevertheless. 6) I never realized that my BBQ was slow to light until this kit was installed. I would give 5 stars if not for different sized clips and the minor burr problem. Excellent quality for the cost.

To my surprise, this high quality stainless steel kit came with excellent installation instructions, all of the required parts, and no surprises. I have an 8 year old stainless steel Charbroil Performance 4 Burner Gas Grill (Model #: 463342119). The outside/body of the grill is still in great shape but the original burners, carryover tubes and igniter were all corroded and needed replacing. Due to the body still being in good shape I didn't feel the need to purchase a new grill so decided to replace the burners, etc. I had somewhat of a difficult time finding parts that were compatible with my grill but was fortunate to have found them here. I could have purchased them directly from Charbroil but it would have been much more expensive. All the replacement parts fit perfectly and were very easy to install. Including cleaning the grill, it took less than 1 hour to replace them. I definitely recommend this product.

Excellent quality materials that are superior to what came on my grill new. Was an inexpensive upgrade to bring my grill back to life. Have had my grill for four years and keep it clean and maintained until the hoods and crossmember were starting to fall apart. We were just going to buy a new grill altogether until I found this kit. For less than $30 I was able to bring back all the internal parts better than original and avoided buying a $300-400 grill. I’ve used it several times since and everything works flawlessly.
