I want to start off by saying this company is awesome! I initially got a size too tight and the boot was extremely painful, turns out I needed the right size and I needed it wide, returned and ordered one way to big, had to return it and get the right size. But after ording a size bigger and realizing how comfortable the boots were, they seem of really high quality and I honestly couldn’t have been happier. I will def be ordering more boots as these have so much style, reliability and comfort. Customer service has been amazing and I’m super happy w the way they’ve handled it despiste me asking for a replacement for the 3rd time. I know I should’ve gotten the correct size to begin with but I really love how the boots look and feel. Def order half a size down since they do run slightly bigger, and don’t commit the same mistake I did. Either way they took care of me without a hassle and I’ll be happy to use their services again

So far upon first arrival, I am impressed with the quality! Good cushion inside feels durable on the outside. Ill update my review in the future after ive put them to the test. Normally my Justin's last me 2-3 years of hard non stop work/play use... If I can get to a year with these and still in decent condition at less then ½ the cost of Justins I'll be impressed. And the 11.5 is true to size!

These boots are excellent in craftsmanship, quality leather used with a comfortable fit. Purchased my regular size of 10.5 and the fit was right on! The quality far exceeded my expectations. I"ve worn Justin, Ariat and Red Wings for over 50 years and know a good work boot and these are up there with the best of them. Outstanding boot for the price. Great work HISEA NINGO!!! Looking forward to my next pair!
