These worked much better than the two I tried previously. They are easy to apply, remove, and adjust. Depending on what I was doing, I would wrap it in either direction. At night, it was a nice way to add protection, as I sometimes would lay on my swelled wrist or twist it awkwardly. Be careful to use it loose enough at night to not numb your fingers by morning though!

I bought three comparable products, and this is by far the best. It is firm but has a soft cushion. The width is just right for wearing around the wrist. It comfortably supports the wrist while allowing the use of palm and fingers easily. My main purpose was to prevent the full turn of the wrist and this does it perfectly. You get two for the same price as one of competing brands. The two pieces in the set are the same. If you need it for just one hand, you can use them both interchangeably.

I like this wrist strap because it is flexible and pretty comfortable, depending on your activity. It can get a little warm while wearing it if you are being active (exercise, etc) The flexibility of it makes it much more comfortable to wear than a stiff, almost cast-like band. It just depends on your needs and activity. I had a moderately sprained wrist, so this worked well for me to wear daily for awhile. A more severe injury may require a "stiffer" strap.

It’s multi-size friendly which is awesome! The only complaint is the hole for the thumb. Wish it was more comfortable. But I definitely recommend! This is more practical out and about than the pair I bought for $25
