Nice chairs at a good price, assembly is easy just put everything together hand tight and then tighten at the end, if you don’t you will fight getting the arms installed. Recommended weight is 250 which I found out after being concerned about how much they could handle, it held a very large man for the better part of the day that’s easily pushing 350. Only reason a give them a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the arm assembly which I found out the hard way. ... show more

I ordered 4 and one of them was wobbly due to a bad piece. I wrote the manufacturer and after a few emails they sent me the part to replace and it has been fine since. Yes, they take some time to build. Yes, they may require a second set of hands if you are not decently strong as some parts need to be forced into place. Other reviewers has mentioned this and I would agree. However, for the price, they are awesome. Not a single person who sat in them has not asked me where I got them, etc. The tilt and swivel and are far more comfortable than what I threw away. Another piece of feedback has been they require constant tightening. I may have to agree with this as well. I built them before Christmas and have already checked spots and the bolts have been loose. Not a deal breaker, but should be addressed. If you are comfortable, add some locktite when building them. ... show more

These chairs are good sturdy quality on the frame but lacking in any padding for the seat. I see some people place pads on the seats but to me that defeats the purpose. Assembly was quite easy but you have to remember to NOT tighten up anything until it is assembled. Then you can torque everything down and it will be so much easier to assemble. Do yourself a favor and use a cordless drill or a 1/4" ratchet with an H4 and a 6mm allen bit to make assembly a breeze. ... show more

Do not buy these chairs. I bought two of these chairs because I am a fool. They looked good on paper, and felt comfortable enough when they arrived, but that did not last at all. The metal bars were NOT bent to the correct shape to properly fit together, requiring a fair bit of jiggling and squeezing to get everything to work. The screws did not like to line up, and constantly, CONSTANTLY require tightening. I frequently have screws fall out of the chair while I am sitting in it. The cushion deflated in a month. In fact every problem with this chair happened almost right after the month window that I could return this. Now I have to contact their support over it and just cross my fingers they will take a return. I hate this chair. I hate how it feels, I hated putting it together, I hate maintaining it, I hate how it reminds me of what an incredibly poor choice I made when I bought these chairs. I hate this chair. ... show more

Bought this because it is the only bar stool with arms and good looks. The height to the arms is 1/2 inch taller than stated, so the arms rub up against the underside of the counter. I’m sure over time the arms will get torn up. The instructions are, well nonexistent. There are no, count them, zero written instructions. In stead it only comes with confusing graphics. Be prepared to plan on making mistakes and figuring out how to proceed on your own. Finally, the seats are very large and the depth has the seat putting pressure on the middle of my legs toward my knees. All of these things would normally cause me to return them, but I don’t want to go through the trouble of taking it apart and boxing it for return. I might take them to goodwill so I can at least get a tax deduction. ... show more
