twice as nice
Size: 7 Pound (Pack of 1) Color: White
Upgraded from Iams senior formula to this one (Hills), which is twice the price. My 15+ cat is not a particularly picky eater, but I could tell right away that she really likes this food! She inhaled her first bowl and has been begging for more since! As an older girl, she has some dental issues, so I’m sure she appreciates the tiny kibble. ... show more

Great Small Kibble Size for Seniors
Size: 3.5 Pound (Pack of 1) Color: White
Review Image by CheshireCat
My cat is about to turn 11 and I already switched her over to this formula a few months back. I think one of the best benefits of this food is the fact it is the smallest size kibble I have found so far. This is very important for older cats with sensitive teeth or dental issues. Other dry food brands don’t seem to take this issue into consideration for their senior formulas. Our cat likes this flavor, and seems to be quite healthy on this formula. She also used to throw up on other brands, and on this one she doesn’t. It’s all around great cat food! ... show more

Perfect for senior kitties
Size: 7 Pound (Pack of 1) Color: White
Finally. I have found a dry food for my 2 big fat old men that they completely eat up. The smallness of the small kibble size is ideal for their digestion. One of my boys is having some dental issues right now and he eats this with ease. I can tell he appreciates it. I'm so happy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Size: 15.5 Pound (Pack of 1) Color: White
Needed low phosphorous food for a mature cat with kidney failure (Rx food was taking too long to arrive). Both mature cats like the food and haven't vomited since switching to this. ALSO Science Diet wet food (lots of gravy) pouches for mature cats is great.

Better than expected!
Size: 15.5 Pound (Pack of 1) Color: White
We have a super finicky selection of cats several over 7 years old and I wasn't sure how they would accept this food. One had been getting skinnier and the vet wasn't much help after going thru a barrage of tests. I decided to try this food out and surprisingly they immediately took a liking to it... Didn't even have to transition them from the friskies crap. Another interesting thing is one cat used to throw up often when eating friskies (which is the only thing they would eat... They didn't care for quality foods) anyway, with this food there has been none of that. I don't know if this food will help our cat that has lost some weight over time but so far the results have been good for all of them. It's just expensive as hell. ... show more

My 12 yr old cat likes it....and that's the most important thing. He is a very finnicky cat when it comes to dry food. Science Diet has been his favorite dry food his whole life.

Saved my cats life, no Kap
Size: 15.5 Pound (Pack of 1) Color: White
For the past year I've been feeding my cat wet food because he was throwing up the dry food we were giving him. At the time the dry food was a psyllium diet based food to help him go to the bathroom but he started to not be able to hold it down and he threw up so much to the point where we switched food to wet food. He was eating it for a year without any problems but then he started to not eat the food and only lick the gravy. After about three weeks of this he was getting very skinny and weak and unable to go up the stairs. I was extremely worried that this was the end for my best friend but I impulsively ordered a bag of the science food just to give a new type of dry food a try with the hopes that he would be able to hold it down and get more calories. The reason for this was because we had a little bit leftover dry food from a while back and we gave it to him and he would eat it. The problem is he makes a huge mess of the dry food and it's a bit get everywhere so we were hesitant to do it at first. We set up a outdoor Matt, tray and a double bowl so that it's extremely difficult for him to get food crumbs everywhere outside the bathroom. Anyway since we've been feeding him his food he has kept it down well and only throws up when he is overfed. He's back to his regular self and I am extremely grateful that this product was a high-quality enough to see if my cats life. I don't know if it would work for other cats but for my cat for the situation it was a perfect solution to save my cats life. He's next to me now and purring and even getting a little fat, which is a quick turnaround from his very skinny self a few weeks back. I don't know if this rambling helps anyone make a decision to buy this product but for old cats that have trouble eating their food this could be a good lifesaver for cat owners in that situation. When the wet food fails try dry food and this is the best kind for old cats I'm assuming. Thank you hills company. ... show more
