These bikes are very low quality. We ordered two and we are returning them both. First of all the manual is in German and we do not speak German so we had to scout out a YouTube video. There was no speaking so we just followed along with what he did. After assembly: the brakes don’t work properly; the brake levers are super cheap plastic and feel like they’re going to snap just by squeezing them; the pedal stems are so long that you literally can’t sit on the seat and pedal at the same time; one of the pegs is cracked; etc, etc. I don’t usually leave reviews either way, but we are back to square one for Christmas and don’t want anyone else to be in the same spot! ... show more
