You're getting a complete skateboard here which is amazing. The wheels run slow so if you just want to cruze you may want to upgrade this part. For tricks and just learning you'd want your wheels to run slow so this will be a perfect setup. This is by no means a high end skateboard but at this price point you can't go wrong.     • A OK board for a beginner
The board looks pretty decent and would not be bad for the occasional rider, but my son used it way more than I expected and it only took about 6 months for him to wear out the bearings and the bushings in the trucks as well as the board really starting to get chipped up. The wood is not the best but does the job. Given the cost of this board its a decent entry level board but if your rider is any more advanced than that look elsewhere as they will quickly outgrow this board. We have since bought him a better board so now this has became his beater board until he finishes breaking it. ... show more

This board is perfect for beginners!!! What I like is that the board is solid and can hold my near 200lbs weight....awesome!!! These have a pivot joint that enables more extreme tilting for better steering when cruising....Cool!!! They also act as a shock absorber for pounding pipes, curbs and corners. The bearings on the wheels are not super fast. So the good thing about that is that it keeps the board from slipping under you so you can do more stationary tricks....pros & cons! But the bad is that you will need to kick push a LOT to get anywhere. Overall, it’s great for tricking with the double kick tails and slow moving bearings. Not super great for cruising. If you’re just starting out...grab this!!!! ... show more

I purchased this product for short term use during a visit to the USA knowing full well that its price tag may indicate durability concerns. I only needed about 1 month of use from it. It lasted the duration I needed it for; however there are some issues future buyers need to be aware of. The most serious is that the ply layers of wood did not seem well glued / sealed on one end and began to separate shortly after use. The posted photos are after about 5 or 6 hours of use. Second, the components are cheap. This means they'll take less abuse, but the positive is that the board itself is very lightweight which may be helpful for a young or small rider. Strangely enough I previously purchased this exact same skateboard via Amazon in Italy and everything was higher quality. Certainly, I wouldn't buy this again in the USA unless I only needed a short term option. ... show more
