UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service and they’re great and responsive and helped fix my issue. Disappointed. Got a 24 volt hoping it would be faster, pretty sure it’s slower than the last 12 volt we had. It has 2 settings slow & fast but fast isn’t fast. Assembly was easy but the fenders were annoying. Everything worked fine, stickers were coming off coming out of the box though. Definitely perfect for younger kids though!

Works well. Battery life is high enough for a few hours of play time. Assembly was time consuming but not difficult. I have not used the remote control. The mirrors, rear light bar and the front bar are a bit flimsy - don't lift from them! The built-in music are short clips of each song, which annoys my kid for being too short. Slow mode is a good speed to walk next to. Fast can be difficult to keep up with. Overall, my 4y/o kid loves it though! Would love to have taillights or refectors for night driving.

This item is VERY VERY small- it would never work for the ages in the description. The description says it is for ages 3-8. I don’t even think a 2 year old would fit well in this. Terrible customer service experience……!

I received this with the intent of assembling a few days before Christmas to have it ready that morning. Good thing I did, because the rear axel bar was nowhere to be found!! After loosing a night of sleep over it, I was able to come up with a solution using a piece of allthread and some grinder work. I tested it and everything seems good to go now. The box was perfectly sealed and not damaged upon delivery, so the bar must've been forgotten during packaging. Anyways, that could've gone terribly wrong, but good thing Im handy.
