I was double-charged for two Power Wheels, and when I tried to return the second one that was never opened, they refused to refund my money. On top of that, the one my daughter used only lasted a week before the tire split down the middle. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Its a bit complicated to assemble, the instructions suck. And there is a separate song that the steering wheel plays, so you can play that and the preset radio songs at one time and that is really annoying to listen to. The only real critic I have of it is that some of the trim pieces mainly the part with the lights on the back doesn't go on easily without breaking. Its fast and fun. It doesn't turn sharply but it does stop abruptly, which can cause some jolting for the passenger.

For the money, it’s pretty good! Little small in the leg area but my daughter is also really tall for her age. She is 5 and we got it for her birthday and she loves it. She loves the radio and the songs that are on it. Doesn’t go very fast but it does ride well in rocks and grass.

Great sized vehicle. My daughter is 4 and loves it. The company is phenomenal!!! One of her tires got damaged to no fault of the company or quality of the car but they still sent a replacement and did it within a couple days! Very pleased with the customer service and how fast and easy it was to communicate with them.
