Each cup came with its own straw, brush cleaner, and non-slip, adhesive-backed silicone fitted piece for the bottom for a very nice completed look and professional-quality product. The vendor also provided sublimation paper and shrink wraps for the entire quantity of cups to be completed using the included supplies. I did use the shrink wrap but not the paper only because my printer was already loaded with what I had (A-Sub). The vibrancy of colors was absolutely incredible—truly stunning. This is the third time I've purchased these cups. Two 12 packs and one I pack. Here's why. 1. The tumblers sublimate great. The images comes out perfect, high quality, and the cups don't scratch when removing tape. They actually do stay hot and cold for a while. 2. They come with sublimation paper. This is a money saver, especially for those just starting out and needing some practice runs. 3. They comes with packaging. The packing is really pretty, which is great for small businesses looking to save money. All in all the tumblers are amazing and you get so much extra for your money. This is my third time ordering Tumblers from this company. They are amazing. Great quality every order that I have receive has been perfect. I have not had any problems with them been damaged. They came well packaged and they came out with every thing pictured in individual boxes.They all measure the same size every time. I have seen reviews where people say that everytime they have ordered tumblers from some company they have measured differently, not these they have consistently been the same size. If you are on the fence try them out. The price was also reasonable. Between Hippo and another company these will be my go to every time.
