There is less backing than there is tufting cloth which was a little disappointing but worked out fine for us, it was very tight though! The material worked wonderfully for making rugs and the value is good for the cost. I am likely to order again.

The quality of this cloth is by far amazing, you get so much for what you pay for. The packaging is phenomenal, the cloth came in perfect condition and the yellow stitch lines are super easy to work with. The threads really hold together and do not rip unlike many other products I've tried, I had such an easy time cutting and tufting this cloth, the feeling of the material made it so much easier to work with as well, and overall it exceeded my expectations!
