I bought a set of these glasses almost a year ago, they look great. The box states that they are dishwasher safe, but after washing them in the dishwasher, some of the glasses cracked and broke. I contacted the company and informed them of my experience. They responded within a day and replaced the entire set!! I certainly did not expect this. I have started washing my glasses by hand.
