The media could not be loaded. Good looking, well-made, great price. I first bought the "save with used" option, and that was a big mistake. They did not use the foam top that had the cut out to protect the rims and hold the glasses in place (pictured). There are many reviews that talk about them arriving broken. Of course that could happen anytime but highly likely with the used version. They are not going to be packed well if returned before. These have a very nice heavy weight to them. I love the squared wide bottom so I can put 1 large homemade ice cube for cocktails (pictured). Thick bottom and thick sides are nice because I had similar glasses, but they had very thin sides going up to the rim and cracked or broke easily. If they do arrived broken, chat with customer service and refuse to return them since it is a safety hazard. They won't make you do it if you chat with them. With breakable items I always take a video of me opening the package because when you chat with an agent, you can upload pictures and video. They will make exceptions to policies if you can prove you’re not scamming the system. Good luck and enjoy.

These glasses could enhance your life. Okay, that seems silly and extreme, but we've found that true. Who thinks about your everyday drinking glasses? Yet, you use them everyday, all day, they are part of everything from daily tasks to a quick lunch to a dinner or holiday party and you usually don't give 'em much thought. These glasses look good, have a nice weight and feel substantial but not thick or heavy, easy to hold, and have "great mouth feel" if that's even a term. They are comfortable to drink from. Also the fit well in the dishwasher and cabinet. We actually had three guests at Christmas dinner separately comment on how nice these glasses were. That's a first! Like them so much I bought another set for our house and a set to give to our best friends as a holiday gift. 5 stars from me.

I looked at a lot of glasses and was trying to find a new design. Then I decided I wanted the square glasses like we already had, but many of them were broken, so we didn't have a good set left. Boy, what a difference between what I had and what these new ones were. The glasses are heavier, the rims are thicker, and they are just an overall better quality glass. I decided to just pull out my old ones and only put the new ones in the cabinet. I may purchase a second set, but the number of glasses in this set may be enough.

Nice heavy bottoms. Glasses were packed well, no breakage. I love the square bottoms, fits in my hand perfectly, easy to hold on to. If ever needed again, I would definitely buy more.

Overall, nice glasses. Feel nice and heavy. A bit thick around the top edge. Glasses came in one box with the tall glasses sitting inside the shorter ones. Although protected with foam, one short glass came broken. I guess due to mishandling somewhere along the way. Cost was very reasonable and did not see the need to return the entire set due to one broken glass.
