The media could not be loaded. Good looking, well-made, great price. I first bought the "save with used" option, and that was a big mistake. They did not use the foam top that had the cut out to protect the rims and hold the glasses in place (pictured). There are many reviews that talk about them arriving broken. Of course that could happen anytime but highly likely with the used version. They are not going to be packed well if returned before. These have a very nice heavy weight to them. I love the squared wide bottom so I can put 1 large homemade ice cube for cocktails (pictured). Thick bottom and thick sides are nice because I had similar glasses, but they had very thin sides going up to the rim and cracked or broke easily. If they do arrived broken, chat with customer service and refuse to return them since it is a safety hazard. They won't make you do it if you chat with them. With breakable items I always take a video of me opening the package because when you chat with an agent, you can upload pictures and video. They will make exceptions to policies if you can prove you’re not scamming the system. Good luck and enjoy.

Was hesitant to order after some reviews and seeing it is a frequently returned item. So glad I ordered them anyway. They are very nice glasses. I love the weight and thickness of the glass all around. Love that the rim of the glass is even on the thicker side and doesn’t feel cheap. All arrived in tact and was packaged well. Would recommend this product and purchase again.

These glasses are beautiful! I’ve spent a good amount a time trying to find the perfect glass cups and went with these! They’re wide enough to wash the bottom of the cup by hand which was my biggest concern. They’re heavy and thick glass which is another plus! Only reason why I have it 4 stars is because one cup came broken 😭 other than that I think they’re beautiful cups

These glass are exactly what I was looking for. They are heavy and look great. HOWEVER, I had a small broken glass and tried to reach out to the company. When they pack the glasses, the tall glasses rest inside the short glasses with thin Styrofoam material in between. That seems to be problematic. I sent them an email detailing my issue and included pictures. On their site, they state they will get back to you in 24 hours. It's been 2 weeks now with no response. Additionally, I tried calling them today and the no one answered except for the automated response, "The mailbox is full". SO....buyer beware. It's not surprising that Amazon has this listed as a frequently returned item. Expect that the price you are paying may include 1 or 2 (maybe more?) broken glasses, and you'll have to live with that unless you return the whole set.
