My daughter doodles and cartoons. I think she is very talented that way, but she doesn’t have any real art supplies, so I had the thought to get her a gift of some kind of art supplies kit. I’ve seen that she has enjoyed doing some water coloring. This set has everything needed to do sketching and coloring and water coloring (with watercolor colored pencils), including a sketchbook, erasers (with different types!), sharpener, stomps, sandpaper, a holder for short pencils—it is quite comprehensive. The colored pencils have rich pigments. I think my daughter will be happy with the set, especially since the case is well organized, protective, and self-contained.

This set is perfect for someone like me who is not an artist but enjoys creating art, learning new ways to draw and having a set that is portable. I've used other sets and this one is my new favorite. The materials enclosed, don't move around, the pencils are solid, not breaking and have high volume colors. The mini coloring book was a nice bonus and the sketchbook is top bound so left or right handed plus it has decent weighted paper for creating. The handle is easy to grip and feels comfortable in my hands. Finally, would make a wonderful gift set for budding artists.

I was REALLY impressed with this art set! Absolutely everything that you might need for sketching and drawing is included in here. The product I received was better than I had expected and exceeded the advertised product description and photos. I tested several of the items and found the color-quality and smoothness of the colored pencils to be very very good. I can't recommend this set highly enough! The quality of all of the drawing implements was just fantastic. The case and packaging would also make this a great gift for professional and/or aspiring adult artists. This is hands-down one of the best products I've ordered from Amazon. I highly recommend this set and will order more in the future as-needed and/or for gifts!

This set comes with everything. There is a sharpener. The coored pencils are good and vibrant. There is a gum eraser. Charcoal, tortillions, just... everything. It is very well organized in the case. No jumping between sections. Nothing rattles around loose. I'm going to take this to the park and draw my favorite tree once the leaves start to change. There is also a sketchbook and some coloring pages. Some say color therapy is great for arthritis, post-op, and so on. This is definitely the kit.

The pencils and colored pencils seem to be of above average quality. The color assortment is fairly limited, but you get a lot of different types of pencils and art supplies. The case is great; I love having the pencils individually presented in their own slots. It's a nice kit for travelling, or would be suitable as a gift for someone who is interested in trying out different kinds of drawing and sketching. I haven't tried out the charcoals, watercolors, or some of the extra tools yet, but so far I like this kit quite a bit.

This is a great all-inclusive set that would make an excellent gift for someone who is dabbling with mixed media art. Each piece has its own holder or set location so the elastic holding the pieces in place will keep them where they're supposed to be; no need to worry about unzipping the case to have everything fall out at you. The pencils are of quality wood and last awhile. Comes with a small sketchbook and a small adult coloring book so you can text out your new goods!
