I gave this 4 stars because it really does feel like I've improved my swing. I'm pretty much a hacker who only plays a few times a year so take that into consideration. This is a pretty simple product, just a wide piece of elastic sewn so it creates two arm holes. The problem I had with this and why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the size of the arm holes are significantly different. By chance I first put on the smaller arm hole and I could barely get it on. I'm not a muscular person so I wonder how anyone with some muscle to them could possible use this. The second arm hole was the larger of the two and went on easily. In the photo you can see the holes are not even close to being the same size.

The yellow swing tool works great. The arm bands are very small tho. I’m 5’9 190 male that works out but I can barely get the straps over my elbows. Super tight

This product is only $9 and made serious improvements to my golf game! I practice with it almost every day and I can tell you it really helps. I went from slicing almost every single drive to fading the ball. If you put in the work with this product I can almost guarantee you will see some sort of results.

The arm bands are cheaply made and tiny. Very difficult to fit over normal sized adult male arms. Plastic could not be cheaper. poor instructions at best
