This is my 2nd time buying this crate cover. I liked that it can zip open from both sides of my dog’s crate and has a window to get some airflow in there. I initially bought it because my rescue dog has a bit of crate anxiety and will do whatever it takes to break out IF she can SEE outside of the crate. In the beginning, this cover worked as intended and she did not fight it because it was dark enough to keep her calm. I had to replace it because my dog found a way to rip it from the bottom where the zipper meets the bottom. That was our mistake for not zipping it all the way shut. So I bought it again, but this time, I left the flap open where the mesh window is (since I thought she was making progress) and my dog found a way to make a hole in that and pull the cover inward. Same with the zipper hole on the very top of the crate cover. So, now this cover, not even a month owned yet, has 2 holes in it. I of course did my own DIY repair on it to make it last a little longer, but if you have a dog like mine, secure that cover in a way where they can’t get their mouth on it to pull. Other than that, if you have a dog that loves their crate and wants their den covered and you don’t want to use a blanket, I recommend buying this cover.     • Just what we were looking for!!

After our puppy decided to pull the blankets we had over her crate, into the crate and eat them we decided we needed an actual crate cover. We started the search quickly because she absolutely needs something covering her crate to feel safe and sleep well. We couldn't risk the blankets again, that was terrifying and we were so grateful she threw it up and had no blockages. I first looked at our local pet store, since I needed one quickly, but they were SO expensive and I didn't love the patterns on them. Off to Amazon I went and scrolled until I found this! I loved the look, the different openings, ventilation, straps that hook to the bottom of the crate so she couldn't pull it through, and the price!!! We did have to wait 2 long days for it to come but it was worth the wait through puppy cries in the middle of the night. I'm actually purchasing another one for our other dog right now! ... show more

I've bought TONS of items on Amazon and the quality and durability of this cover has truly surprised me more than anything! It is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! I was even more surprised to find that the magnets in the flap on the big side window are strong enough to roll the curtain under and still hold it in place (pictured). I sit supplies on top of my crate so I didn't want to have to lay that huge curtain back on top of the crate like I saw in some of the photos on here. I almost got the other kind of cover with the little strip of a window for this reason. I'm so glad I tried this one first! it's thick and sewn durably. It doesn't look or feel like cheap China crap. It did have a bit of an odor due to the vinyl liner so I opened it up and let it air for 2 days before I put it on my pups kennel. I was hoping for a pinker pink. This is on the verge of red but I am actually growing to like it more and more. It doesn't match a thing in my living room bc I have true light pink accents but the quality has made me overlook the color. If I could make one design difference, it'd be to wrap the sides around further on the long side of the kennel but I guess doors can be in different locations so I understand why they did what they did. Ok so you can take my review with a grain of salt, as I’ve only had it an hour or so in my house. But it fits my 48” Kong brand heavy duty wire crate to a T. I love the befriends of the material, and the magnetic window. The 4-corner toggles and 3 clips to secure the door flaps are terrific and easy to use. My Atlas dog already feels like it’s more of a den, and I don’t have to keep a blanket on top anymore. ... show more

We have a one year old female Husky/Malamute mix and she is a SUPER CHEWER. She somehow managed to bite the couch her kennel was next to through the bars and created a massive hole. smh. We bought this to keep that from happening again and so far it has been working! It's been about a month and she seems to like her kennel even more now that it has a "den" like feel. We keep the sides open so she can breathe and see out but it has been great to have. I love the material and color and the little tent-like clips that keep the doors open. My only complaint is that our robot vacuum managed to get ahold of one of the corners and popped off the clip holding it to the bottom of the kennel. It is still in place for now but it flops around and isn't tight to the kennel anymore. I don't think it would be good outside or with heavy use but for sitting in our living room it adds a comfortable feel to her kennel. ... show more

My dogs previous crate was another, more expensive brand from PetSmart. We have found this crate to be excellent quality and it has held up beautifully over the time we have had it (approximately 6 months). Our boy seems to like it too. Goes in readily every evening. We will probably have this crate for his entire life. The durability seems excellent and we think it will last! We also like the two different door options. It allows us to move the crate to other areas of the house, even cramped areas, since you can open from the side or the end. ... show more
