Very impressed with the Hibloks Comfort Strap!! I have used an Elite with battery strap with my Quest 2 for multiple years - but always liked the idea of a magnetic battery. Unfortunately, I was so use to the feel of my Elite, I couldn't change brands. When the Quest 3 came out, I hoped Meta would move to the magnetic battery but they didn't. So I purchased the Elite with battery for the Quest 3. But now there are so many issues with the Elite 3 - and this was the perfect combination of both worlds! It has a super comfortable fit that I'm use to (without head prongs) AND a magnetic battery!!! I was worried that the battery might "wobble" due to it's location off the black strap and not the "white knob" area - but it was super sturdy and I didn't even notice it while working out. On the first day, I played for 3 hours and 10 minutes in Supernatural and Beat Saber and there was still 25% battery left (I wore out before the battery did!). But even after all that time, it still felt as comfortable as when I first put it on! The battery in the back gives a good counter-weight to the headset. Mine came with extra pads for the back, but I never put them on since I'm not use to padding at the back anyway (maybe one day I'll stick them on with some velcro and try it???). Very easy to assemble the head strap onto the headset. While the Amazon link walks you through it, I still pulled out the instructions from the box. The text was too small to read, so I just took a photo and zoomed in on the photo! But it's pretty self-explanatory on how to assemble. Only con - When I'm done playing, I noticed that I can't just plug the attached battery into the charger and get the battery AND headset charged to full capacity for both. So for now, I'm charging the battery OFF the headset - and plugging the headset into another charger so they are both charging at the same time. I wish a second battery was included so I can swap if playing longer - but at least they sell them separately, so I'll have to order another battery to have a spare always ready to go. Apparently, all headsets with detaching batteries operate this way -- I'm just use to the pass-through charging on my old Elite with battery. Been using it for over a week now and I highly recommend!!!!

I recently received the Hiblocks Comfort Headstrap battery pack and have found it to be a significant improvement over the Meta Elite Strap. During my extensive gaming sessions and work sessions in ImmersedVR, the extra foam padding enhanced comfort, providing better contact with the back of my head. The installation process was easy, and swapping batteries is extremely intuitive. Despite using heavy power consumption applications (Assassin’s Creed Nexus/Contractors/Pass-through ImmersedVR) the battery kept the headset at 99% for about two hours. By buying a second battery I was ultimately able to hot swap indefinitely without much headset battery loss. I did notice a bit of a buzzing coming from the battery when I had no audio on, but it was barely noticeable and nonexistent once in game or playing music. The weight of the battery pack nicely balances the headset. The pivot feature allows the strap to fold in half for easy storage, and it can also be used to adjust the position of the back piece of the headset for a better fit. The only improvement I could suggest is the incorporation of a locking mechanism for different angles, as I noticed some sliding when adjusting. Although this was minor, and stopped once the headset settled especially in highly active games (Pistolwhip, Beatsaber, Stride). Overall, the Hiblocks Comfort Headstrap battery pack has significantly enhanced my gaming and work experience with the quest three, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and versatile headstrap that will extend their play sessions.

Got this for free to test and give input but this is my honest opinion. Overall this is a good battery headset and with the current 15% coupon it’s a solid value. The battery really does keep the Quest at 100% unlike some other batteries and is quite small and light. It added about 2 hours to my Quest 3 game time which was great! It’s easy to remove and charge. The comfort was quite good. I prefer a full halo but for a back strap only this was as comfy as an elite strap in my opinion. Some downsides- The top strap is too short. It needs to be a few inches longer for larger heads. Medium and small heads might be ok with it. There’s a bit of assembly required. You have to screw the battery holder in place. It’s not hard, only two small screws and it comes with the screw driver but it’s a bit finicky if a step. An adult can do it in 1-2 minutes. The foam padding at the back attaches with stickers that don’t hold on. I used it fine without the padding but it would have been nicer with it. The battery status lights are on the wrong side if the battery so you can’t see them from the outside when someone else is using it. Overall these are minor issue. I’ve talked to the company and they are already working to address some of these issues so a revision may be out soon. For now, especially with the 15% coupon, I think this is good value and addresses a common issue with Quest 3 battery which is the battery not able to keep up with the Quest 3. This battery does what it says it will do! If they revise it to fix some on my concerns I think it’s a solid 5 stars. As is right now I can only give 4 stars but still feel it’s a solid value at the price with coupon.
