Purchased this for my wife to replace her Giant women's mountain bike. The quality for the price feels equal or greater to the Giant, and it's also a lighter bike overall which is great for her. The drop bar makes getting on and off easier with less leg lift over the bike required; it fits her great and she's very happy. After taking it to a local shop for a tune up, just because most new mail-order bikes can benefit from one, it's working great with no issues. My experience with the **HH Hiland 26 Inch Mountain Bike** has been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to a critical manufacturing defect. The front fork's misaligned tab, which is responsible for holding the brake caliper and its adjustment bracket, is welded in the wrong spot. This flaw renders the brake caliper beyond the scope of adjustment and unfixable without resorting to custom fabrication, which is both costly and impractical. **Pros**: - The bike's appearance is sleek and modern. **Cons**: - Critical manufacturing defect in the front fork - Inaccessible customer service for warranty or repair inquiries through amazon - Poor QC **Conclusion**: I advise caution when considering the purchase of a **HH Hiland Mountain Bike**. The inability to contact the seller or manufacturer for a replacement part has left me with no choice but to initiate a return. Easy to put together. Looks great. Rides really nice. I cant wait to take it out on trails. Ive only used it in town so far and its really nice. Lightweight too. You can turn the front suspension on or off.

The bike came with everything, seems decent quality (except for the seat which I replaced), and was pretty easy to put together. The packaging was pretty rough, the front rim came bent, and the box was partially torn open. I'm surprised everything was in the box honestly. They could definitely have better packaging. Im not sure what to do about the front rim now. ... show more

I loved this bike! It's beautiful, easy to assemble, and it looks even better in person. It's very comfortable and smooth to ride as well. Very good materials and build quality. Truly amazing value for the cost.

The front brake disc rubs on the assembly. Tighten the front wheel and the wheel wont move at all. Tried to add a washer or adjust assembly but it doesnt work. If you ride it slightly loose, its ok, but for almost 300 dollars....it should be perfect.

I got this bike so I can go on rides with my kiddos, I got the bike. It was easy to assemble took my about 20 minutes to put together. I was sad the seat could be a little more padded. And I had to order a water bottle holder to go with it. It was nice the holes where already in place for that. I love the color, it reminds me of my old bike when I was a kid. But my biggest complaint is there was no kick stand, had to buy that separately. Took it out for a 5 mile ride, it was great no issues so far. ... show more
