We first encountered these at our friend’s house during a dog play date. We had to take them away from our two dogs because they were both so incredibly into them that things were starting to get heated. No one, and I mean NO ONE wanted to share. So I bought some for our house. My GSD immediately de-squeakered the first one (typical) but wow is she ever still into this toy. I would have loved to give this toys a higher rating because this business DOES care, but Mr Octopus was not tough enough to stand up to my corgi who is a super tough chewer and I haven’t had any soft toys last with her. My dogs love these octopus toys. Even though they rip the squeeker out immediately, they just seem to love the crackly sound in the legs. They last quite a while (several months) as they only seem to want to chew out the squeeker. I have two pitties and a german shepherd.

These are such cute toys that my daughter wanted to keep them for herself. Our 11-month old puppy adored these, but sadly she ripped and chewed both of them in less than a week. To fair, she has destroyed almost any toy we have gotten. The company has been pleasant and helpful to interact with to resolve this issue. My dogs loved these. Unfortunately they come in pairs of two and we have 3 dogs. German Shepherd, black lab and 4 mos. Old golden retriever. So far they are both still in one piece and my dogs play tug of war w/ them & are pretty big chewers. They like that they both crinkle and squeak are are easy to hang on to. I bought this for my parents’ dogs and they opened them last night. The dogs loved them! However the squeakers were removed by this morning… not as “durable” as they could have been.
