We've had the Hey Brother cat tree for 3 years now and I cannot recommend it enough. It has held strong through everything, still looks great, and every single night my cat still sleeps on it. It is her absolute favorite spot and safe place. It has had 0 failures, in any way. I have to replace the rope on the front right bottom pole about once or twice a year as that is her go to for scratching, and the fuzzy balls at whatever rate she chews through the supporting cord. She only uses the boxes when it gets cold, but there's enough room to fit a blanket/heating pad/etc in either of them. We love it, and Oreo does too. It's worth noting that the material underneath the ropes is so solid that even after all of the hot glue and staples of rope replacing, it's still as solid as when I got it. -It cleans very easily with a "Pet Hair remover roller" any brand, they are pretty much the same. Mine has the red strips in it. -Replacing the ropes when they are worn out is very easy. I ordered 164 ft of "Cat Sisal Rope 4mm" in white and it was a near perfect match to what came on it, and was enough for two rope replacements. I used hot glue to secure every 4 rows or so. (If cat is helping, takes 3x as long.) ... show more

It is difficult to find a tall tree large enough for a big cat. I have purchased many trees from different vendors and retailers. There are about 10 trees in my house at this time. This is the best one I've purchased. It fits snug in the corner. The perches don't make it set out a few inches. The guy sitting on the top perch is around 15 pounds. He is an older guy. I wasn't sure if he would give up his other tree as it is easier to navigate to the top, but he took to this one right away without any difficulty at all. The cut out from the bottom cubby to the top cubby made it easy to get up to the perches. I highly recommend this tree to anyone with large cats. The cubbys are big. The perches are large enough. It's easy to navigate up and down without having to jump from the top to the ground and it fits snug in the corner for stability. All 4 of the cats were on it and in it. ... show more

I love the product but it is good for my 8 pound cat; my 11 pound medium-sized cat wouldn't fit in the cubbies comfortably. It is brand new so I am not sure when they will start using it. It took me four hours to put together but I did the job. The color is more white than mushroom. It is well carpeted and so far there is not shedding. This product was well designed and is sturdy. It took me a few hours to assemble but the directions were clear and simple. Extra hardware and an Allen wrench for assembly is provided. The finish is very soft and plush. You could tell that the designers were cat people, as they even included instructions on how to turn the box it came in into a cat toy! I had this tree for two years and it only recently broke. My cats 17 pounds so he broke the little round hammock within a few months. Everything else held up until recently. The bottom hammock, the middle hide hole, and the top seats are amazing! I accidentally broke one of the beds on top and my cat broke the wood that they use to climb up it a few days ago. It was very hard finding a cat tree that would fit him but this did the job for so long! Highly recommend! ... show more

I wasn't sure how sturdy this cat condo was going to be for my Maine Coon but it is purrrfect! The base is wide enough to balance the height and there are plenty of plush levels for lounging. My fur baby loves it.

It was pretty easy to get together the instructions were very user friendly. Once put together it’s very sturdy. I have 3 cats all a little on the chunkier side and they can run up and down (when the zoo miss are activated) without it fall over or moving too much

I have two cats at home who are very rowdy and playful. I knew i needed something big for them to climb on but i didn't think they would love it as much as they do! I always find them sleeping on the top beds throughout the day. It hides fur really easily and can come apart for further cleaning with a brush or vacuum. I was a bit sad they didn't use the hammock part but I ended up putting their food bowl on the none slip pad underneath. They have plenty of posts to scratch on and i dont find them using anything else but this cat tree. They'll run and jump from it but it is very sturdy! My cats play hard on the cat tree so it wobbles a bit but its never fallen over. Its easily their favorite thing to do during the day. I love watching them on it and im so glad I purchased this.
