We have five indoor cats and recently, our old cat tower became to raggedy to keep. It served its purpose but it’s time had come. We ordered a new one off Amazon, but when we put it together, it was ridiculously tiny. We searched for a new tower that was large enough to accommodate our average sized cats and based on reviews that mentioned the large sizes of the surfaces, hammocks, cushions, etc., we took a chance on this one and it’s PERFECT! If I had to give one critique, the tower gives off a slight yellow color instead of cream. The yellow seems mostly to stem from the basket/hammock, but that’s in no way a deal-breaker. My Hey Brother black faux fur two-tower cat tree arrived packed very neatly and the entire box was in excellent condition when I received it. The picture instructions were easy to follow, all pre-drilled holes matched, the faux fur is soft and sort of silky to touch. Two hammocks (large and small); everything ready to attach; both tower beds are soft and plush for sleeping, plus an extra fur ball to hang later. This cat tree is firm and stable enough I don't need to use the safety strap to attach it to my window frame. I purchased this as I needed a tree for large cats, and it certainly fits the bill! The box 'cave' can hold two adult cats. This was a great buy, and my cats are readily taking to it. People in reviews mentioned occasionally they were left short a screw or so. My cat loves his tower! He spends all day on there staring out the window. It’s perfect! It took us 45 minutes to an hour to put together. The only thing I do wish was better are the two towers/beds at the top. They need to be a little more sturdy because having only 1 pole holding it up makes it a bit wobbly and my cat doesn’t feel secure going up there. So he never spends time up there. I found that for us the tower is more sturdy on the hard floor than a carpet. ... show more

This cat tree was simple to put together, looks great, and my cat loves it. There are a few small things that make me provide a 4 star instead of five. 1. The material for the house is incredibly thin. Light from the window shines through it like it's mesh, but it's not. 2. There are staples in the sisal rope areas. If your cat really works on those scratching posts, the staple could potentially come loose and cause an issue. 3. The beds at the top are too unstable unlike the rest of the tree which is very stable. My cat won't use that part because it wobbles a little too much for his liking. The tree can be easily altered to not have the beds attached. Again, my cat loves the tree and the issues listed above are not really big issues, just something I would consider altering in the future. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and appreciate the extra toy that came with the tree. ... show more

I'd like to think I am pretty good at putting things together but am having a hard time with this one. First off box came a bit damaged but I'm not complaining about that. I followed directions carefully but found that the holes did not line up. Not just off by a little they were way off. I am stepping away from it for a bit and will try assembling again. On a positive note, I like the quality of material and it looks like it will be sturdy enough for my babies. We shall see. ... show more

So so easy to assemble and has all of the bells and whistles. My cats go in each part of it depending on their mood. Top beds are just a little too small for my big boy, but not terrible. The cream color is so so cute!
