Just got a new desk so I wanted a new organizer. I love this!! First of all, the color is a soft dusty pink just as I hoped. So often colors don’t translate from photo to the real thing so I was hesitant. It came ready to assemble with easy to follow instructions. Put together in less than 5 minutes. Even came with a screw driver so I didn’t have to go hunt one down. I appreciate details like that. Another detail was they included plastic ‘feet’ so it won’t scratch my new desk moving it around. Win! I noticed immediately how sturdy the shelves were. It was squared up when putting it together. I didn’t have to try to bend or adjust it for it to fit together. Maybe that’s because it came unassembled so it wasn’t bent during shipping. It sat level on the desk without any needed adjustment as is often the case with metal shelves like this. The file and pen holders easily slip off. Easily fixed with double sided tape to secure them. One last detail that is noteworthy. Comparing to other items made of the same material, the corners on these shelves are smooth and well fitted. I’m always leery of potential sharp edges that poke your hand or snag clothes. With all the extra details, it’s a good value for the price.

This desk/file organizer from WALI is for the most part a very nice office desk accessory, that will certainly help you keep your workspace a little neater. The metal grates are sturdy, the paint applied evenly and the instructions provided aren't too hard to follow. What I do find lacking is the inserts for the "feet" do not stay firmly in place. They are attached by pushing them onto the rack's bottom rail and then they freely slide up and down the rail. They also roll completely around it, so you have to make sure that when you put the rack on the table, all four "feet" are in the proper position, not rolled upside down. Another flaw is the option to attach the side file holder. Unfortunately, when attached the holder doesn't sit level with the rest of the rack. I believe they needed to add a way to attach this part of the organizer at the top and perhaps move the clip from the bottom by just a half inch and it would work to hook in place (thus making it level to the rack). For our needs, I just kept the holder off and put it next to my printer where It will eventually be used. I do like the ability to put the pen/pencil holders to either side of the rack. In regards to clipping them onto the rack, they work fine for either side - the file holder will only clip to one side, if you choose to do that. In the end, I do recommend this even if it won't ever "hook" up properly with the larger piece. I do like the color, the sturdiness, the value and the overall design. I think it's a very good value when comparing it to other similar products on the market. (All hardware including tool is included)

I’ve been using the WALI Desk File Organizer DO005DH-V for a little while now, and overall I’m really happy with it. If your desk tends to get cluttered with papers, pens, and random supplies, this organizer makes a noticeable difference right away. Assembly is required, but it’s pretty straightforward. It took me a bit of time to put together, but nothing complicated; just something to be aware of before you get started. Once assembled, it feels stable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The four-tier tray design is super helpful for sorting documents, mail, or folders and I like having the drawer for smaller items that would otherwise get lost. The two pen holders are also a nice touch and keep writing tools within easy reach instead of scattered across the desk. What I appreciate most is how much space it saves. It keeps everything vertical and organized without taking up a huge footprint, which is perfect if you’re working with a smaller desk or just want a cleaner setup.
