The Multi-Level Cat tree condo package arrived undamaged. I started by verifying all the pieces were in the package, then I started putting the condo together. From opening the box to completing the assembly, it took me about 3 hours to complete. I am a 78 year old grandmother and I had not problem following the instructions. The hardest part for me was applying enough torque with the allen wrench to make sure all the screws were tight - but I did it. The condo looks great and it is surprising sturdy. I purchased the light grey and there was NO SMELL. My 2 cats are VERY active, so I will secure the condo to the wall to make sure they don't knock it over. So far I am super pleased with my purchase.

This is such a well made cat tree and perfect for anyone with a Spooky/Gothic/Alternative decorating style! We got it for our kitten Ghost when he was about 5 months old, and he has used it everyday since (a few days shy of 1y/o now). It's a great value for the cost and very easy to clean. It's also very sturdy, he loves to run and jump on/off the platforms with full force and it barely moves when he does so. The colors and platforms are exactly as pictured and it was really easy for my Husband to put together. The one issue is that one of the hanging puff balls came off- but that was due to Ghost deciding he needed to attack it full force and not let go. It's an awesome option for a cat tree and really tall as well, so multiple cats can enjoy it at once if needed!

I had this cat tree for about two years before I rearranged and realized I needed something smaller for my space. The dimensions say it’s 21.7” long, but it’s definitely longer because of the shelf sticking out of the left side on the second level. Overall, my cat really loved this tree and enjoyed sleeping in the top bed. It held up well over time and the only thing that got beat up was the sisal rope on the posts, which is bound to happen on any cat tree and it’s not too hard to replace. I recall it being easy to put together. It’s still in great condition, so I gave it to a friend who also has a cat.

I looked at a LOT of big cat towers but most were too busy-- too packed with shelves and cubbies and offshoots that made them look unstable. This one had variety but looked more stable and proportionately built. And it was a good height. I got the light grey color. It came compactly packed in a box roughly 2x1.5x1ft. There was an instruction booklet, a bag full of screws along with a tool, and the tower pieces were labeled. It was very easy to put together. I was done in less than an hour. PROS: The tower is really nice looking. The carpet is soft and seems to be firmly attached to the particleboard/wood it covers. There are a variety of levels and types of perches, good for a cat that likes to climb and move around. The "rooms" are a really good size, plenty of room for my cat, who is over 9 lbs. The larger "room" could hold two medium size cats curled up together. Both of these spaces are very sturdy. The top and bottom are solid, the sides are just the carpet fabric, but there are posts in the four corners that are screwed into place as you build the tower. This makes these rooms very sturdy with no possible way to collapse. I was impressed as I built them up. The two cushioned seats are very soft and decently padded. They are pretty square and look like they have good enough surface area for a cat to curl up on. My cat hasn't tried them yet. CONS: The tower does smell a bit. I think it is the carpet smell, maybe. The instructions recommended leaving the completed tower in a well ventilated area for a few days to let the smell go away. I sprayed mine with febreze and it cut the smell by half. The tower is slightly wobbly. Not to the point where the cat moving will make it wobble, but if the cat forcefully jumped off a higher area it might waver. I think this instability could have been reduced if the base was a little bigger. If the base extended out farther and was the same width/length as the biggest part of the upper levels it would be more sturdy. I am putting my tower in a corner to take advantage of wall support. I am overall very pleased with this tower. I think my cat is going to really enjoy climbing and lounging on it.

It took me a little longer than I had anticipated to assemble it, but the parts were all very clearly labeled. Any issues I had were purely my own fault for not looking at the instructions clearly enough. Keep a knife handy as a couple of places that should have had holes cut into the material did not. Super easy to fix, just used my exacto knife to stab through and it was fine. The material is super soft, my cat Loki didn’t even wait for it to be assembled before she made herself comfy on one of the pieces while it was still on the floor. Thor is a huge fan of the cubbies to lay in. She loves the enclosed space that still allows her to poke her head out. It seems very sturdy and they provide a strap to anchor it to the wall for even more stability. However, my daughter says the enclosed screw and anchor won’t work as well as a larger one, so she is going to look in her workshop for a different one that will work better. Excellent value, all the assembly screw holes lined up perfectly which was a nice change from other do it yourself furniture I’ve had. Definitely worth the money.
