Hexgaming controllers are the best controllers! I have purchased the Ultimate, Ultimate Pro, Phantom and Rival Pro. Each have their pros and cons. I prefer the Ultimate the best 👌 Ultimate Pro is good because of being able to convert the clicky triggers to play racing games but the Ultimate Pro L1 and R1 buttons are not clicky like the Ultimate original. The Rival Pro back buttons placement are great but are highly sensitive which is good but not good if you grip your controller. Phantom is Awesome but if you grip your controller the buttons placements will not work out for you. Ultimate to me is just the winner all the way around. I am able to grip this controller without pressing the buttons not to mention R1,R2,L1,L2 buttons are all clicky. Halleffect joysticks all the way. Thank you to Hexgaming! ... show more

I've had this controller for about a year and its amazing! The triggers are still clicking and responsive and ive had zero problems with the analog sticks. I was on the fence about purchasing a controller so expensive but I can safely say it was well worth it

The price is on par as well especially for what you get. There support is beyond reproach as well. This controller lasted 4 months. Now I’m using the controller that this one replaced. The old one still drifts but this overpriced one started making R2 activate whenever you push R1 or L1. I used isopropyl alcohol, compressed air, watched a video on taking it apart - nothing worked. The buttons felt cheap and the paint started peeling. WAAAAY overpriced to only last a very short period of time. I dislike my old controller but it’s MUCH better than this hexgaming one and it’s just a basic ps5 controller. Too pricey. I absolutely loved my new controller for the first handful of months I used it..it was great, and my fist controller other than a standard Dual-sense..But one night gaming my X button started sticking in the down position every one in a while.. I thought nothing of it, cleaned it well with rubbing alcohol carefully, etc..this helped for maybe an hour..then the sticking started getting worse..and worse..now it is so bad that the controller is unusable. And no, there was no spillage of anything, didn’t get wet, don’t eat when I game, etc. definitely a mechanical issue. I looked up remedies and everything I’m seeing says I will need to disassemble the controller to fix the issue..which honestly I’m not comfortable doing that on a $200 controller. But my point is I shouldn’t have to. This would have been 5 stars, 6 stars if possible before the sticking button conundrum.. now I’m just bummed out, and using my stick drick old controller again. ... show more

This controller is exactly what I had hoped it to be. Stick drift is near negligible, and I can put my dead zone close to zero on every game. The paddles work great. They feel really comfortable in the hands and are placed well. I love the variety of attachments they give you for the thumbsticks. The triggers feel nice and clicky. Overall, there has been no problems for me over the past to months of me using it. Compared to other pro controllers, this is most definitely the best deal in terms of quality and price. I bought my controller September 27th 2025 it's already broken I cleaned it once a week the as filth showed easier with white background yet the X button started to stick I do not eat or drink in my bedroom where I play I live in the country and eating and drinking would sentence me to a ant/roach infestation so I don't do it and the sticks would come off if you play a game that doesn't require L3 and R3 inputs to press the sticks back into place like rocket League or overwatch for example the sticks are some anti friction technology that means the sticks aren't on the controller when you unbox it it's got like 3 pairs you can choose from which is cool but you pop a pair on and you find that only works with games where you press sticks in consistently during gameplay and that could all be forgiven as with a more consistent and frequent cleaning schedule the x button stopped sticking with 91% isopropyl alcohol and BW 100 electronic contact cleaner but unfortunately the R2 button the Right trigger has began to fail registering inputs I have had the controller for just under a year September 27th 2025 - July 23 2026 the purpose of a controller with hall effect was to not have to buy a new controller every 3-5 months because stick drift and it's already croaked Im sure I could send it in and have it fixed up for like 100$ but I just bought a dualsense edge I'm over the nonsense you can get the stick modules as tmr separately and pop them in say you don't have a lot of spare money because it's rough out here get a dualsense edge instead and save for the next 4-6 months you can get the tmr sticks by the time the stick drift really starts to become a problem apologies if my essay here isnt clear enough I was all over as I remember this inconvenience or felt I should warn about this or that just if you want to spend real money on a controller commit to it brothers and sister get a scuf or another reputable brand this was my first third party experience what an L I have to hold for what I thought would be the last controller I ever buy Oh yeah I almost forgot sensitivity doesn't work the same either there will be games you play on Mac and still think it's slow if you played on a higher comp sens before the lower sensitivity players may not feel limited as they increase but those who play a game like R6 and can no longer turn on people as commonly it's very frustrating knowing your capable of something yet unable to you didn't lose you touch just nerfed yourself with a purchase and the battery a year in only lasts like 3 hrs not exactly ideal for a avid gamer ... show more
