One huge advantage is NO PREHEATING. So you can build your pizza right in the pan, instead of having to transfer to a hot stone or steel. The crust was perfect - and the pan is super easy to clean. The only thing you have to watch out for is you can’t cut the pie in the pan but that is just a nitpick. I am loving this pan! ... show more

Ive had this about a month. Definitely crisps pizza crust more than just putting on rack. Ive used for other things that i wanted crispy and it’s perfect. My only issue is that it is large and has weight to it. Healthy adults can easily do this (im older with shoulder issues). Highly recommend

All the Hex-Clad products are great. Heavy duty and easy to clean. I use bar keepers friend for heavy cleaning or dish soap when a light cleaning is needed. Definitely a great product. I do wish there was a little smaller and no handles option as well as this will not fit in my smaller toaster oven. I would buy a smaller version no handles as well. YOU READING THIS HEX-CLAD. This is great for homemade pizza crust. Slides off easily without needing to add oil to the pan. Pan is quite heavy. Very happy with it. Much better and easier than using a baking stone with a pizza skin.
