Hello everyone the product is a 5-star it came with a lot of modification parts and spare parts too. But I noticed that the steering is way off and sometimes completely unresponsive the throttle has a great response it has a little delay when you go forward and backward. But maybe, it was just my model. I still had a lot of fun playing with this little toy and I hope you do so too.

I originally bought this as a Christmas gift. Once received and opened by my fiancé, he realized it was broken. The car would not turn left and would only turn right. No problem right? I’ll just send it back. I messaged the seller my issues and requested that I get either a refund or a replacement. I was told by a general Amazon statement that they would reach out in 2 days… 4 days passed and I still heard nothing. So I then just processed it as a return through Amazon and I got a new (working) one within a week after sending back the defective RC car. I still haven’t heard back from the seller. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 Other then that, I would recommend this RC a thousand times over to anyone who loves them. It is so much fun, and there’s endless possibilities on what you can do with your car.

We only got one drive out this car before it broke. A part popped out that we aren't able to get back in, and now it is undriveable. It seems clear enough how it should be assembled, but nobody in our house can figure how to maneuver the pieces so that they go back together. The ball shaped end of the plastic piece in the picture is supposed to slip into that white cavity, and then the other part next to it is supposed to slip over the other end. It doesn't seem possible to do without completely disassembling the car. My grandchild was so excited to play with this car and try out all the different parts, but it was a huge fail. Unfortunately we were too hopeful about our ability to reassemble it and let the return window pass.

This unit has enough parts for both hexmods kits. Make sure to buy both for best results. Requires steady hands, good eyes, and patience. Recommended that you use a large white tray or a large tray with parchment paper and a good pair of tweezers during assembly. Parts are small, hard to see, easily dropped or misplaced, and you are totally out of gas if you lose a part.

This pack looks really good, but a lot of the parts are lower quality plastic and the tires wear out fast. For those of you who may have purchased X mods (the original RC cars) in the past, this seems like it would be a close second. However, don’t be fooled, the quality is much lower, and the products are not nearly as durable.
