My kids love these wooden cupcake toys. I do keep the toppers separate so my 10 month old doesn't try to put them in his mouth because they are on the smaller side.. They are quality and adorable addition for tea parties or pretend kitchen.

Great toy for the grandkids. They loved it for their play kitchen. Definitely for 3 and over, it does have small pieces that go on the cupcakes. Very safe for the age range and so cute. Very easy to clean off also.
