Would never recommend this product. Purchased a Herschel bag at the start of the school year for my high schooler and it has already worn completely through on the bottom, and it's coming apart at the seams. Customer service was appalling...the company says it offers a lifetime warranty but calls this "normal wear and tear" and will not replace or offer a fix. ... show more
