The first time I put one on overnight, the patch was full of white gunk. I've now put these on once a week, and they're great at preventing pimples from forming/getting too large in size. The patch is nice and sticky and stays on all night. However, they are a bit difficult to get on. I find I have to peel one of the sides before I place it on my chin and remove the plastic cover. I bought these because I’ve been breaking out near my chin and I love these. They are a bit expensive but you do get a decent amount of patches for the price. I wish the size was a little bigger because sometimes it doesn’t fully cover the whole break out but it does stick on nice. I feel like this does help calm acne breakout quicker than normal. My only gripe is it’s difficult to get the peel off. I found a lot of times, it’s so sticky I can’t get a clean peel and one of the ends will kind of stick together.
