I wasn't sure if I was going to keep this one for a hot minute, but I think it gets the job done. It's sturdy and easy to set up. It fits on my countertop, which is great for my 800sqft home. The important thing I learned quickly is that you will need to rinse your dishes before you put them in to wash. Use powder or liquid dish detergent, the powder packs are only effective if you dip them in hot water to start dissolving them as the washer gets started. It fits a lot of my dishes in at once. I have only used the top fill option, as it's not compatible with my sink, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I use hot water in the tank and it's been a nice change of pace for me. ... show more

I bought the narrow version of this and it was amazing for 4 months. I ran it every other day by filling the tank. One night it suddenly wouldn’t start. It would turn on, give 3 beeps to indicate the water is full, would start, but then after 10 seconds suddenly stop rather than start heating the water. It beeped 5 times and flashed a triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle. I took out the filter and spray handles to clean everything, reassembled and the same thing happened- over and over! I emailed customer service and they responded within a few hours asking for a video of the problem and my order number. I sent back the info and after 3 days and 2 phone calls they have not responded. The manual is useless and I found no troubleshooting support anywhere. My first load of dishes came out wonderfully. I was concerned that the circular hydro jets in the rectangle space would miss the items in the corner. Not so; the silverware and glassware came out mirror clean. The machine makes almost zero noise. The tray is easy to maneuver (I used extra silverware holders) in and out of the cabinet which makes loading and unloading easier in my small space. I am very happy with the investment. ... show more

I would give 5 stars for the product itself but the seller really needs to tune the manual for Americans. The girl who left the video did not put the detergent in the right spot and I guarantee it all just dissipated in the pre-wash. And obviously don’t block the jets from the dirty surfaces with how you load it. The actual detergent spot seems to be in the little divot on the bottom above the filter. I’ve put very dirty things in there and have used it about 20 times and so far no residue at all. I also washed flip flops, my phone case, tools, and more. I just wish the manual made sense. Another thing I don’t have proof of but it kinda seemed like mine came used or there was yellowish residue. I just cleaned it off though, could be from factory. I love this thing, I think the sellers could do a better job with the user support, because they also don’t show the detergent location anywhere in any of the documentation/manual. But it definitely is not just open in the front of the door. Is definitely water and power efficient!! ... show more

It's small, but it's work I don't have to do. Ran it all day after Thanksgiving to reduce how much manual washing I needed to do. The 28 minute wash cycle is enough for nearly all washing I've done, and I think it'd be good for ALL washing if I just scrape the stubborn stuff a little harder before putting it in. Drying is an hour, but you can skip that and hand towel it if you want to power through multiple loads. ... show more
