Frames seem sturdy enough, I think time will tell how they will hold up !Cushions are not as plush as high end cushions, but are comfy.Backrest cushions affix to the couch, the fire pit has a metal cover to turn it into a table. Update: added 4 star back since seller reached out and offered some money back to cover the cost of new pillows that I have to get. Original review: I am at a loss of words at to how poor this quality is. Seriously, all the pillows are DEFLATED and so rough. NONE of the cushions have any oomph to them, they're just flat and when you sit down you literally feel the bottom of the chair. Not only that, but the quality of the material is so cheap that pieces LITERALLY FELL OFF. I've never experienced this with any furniture. I've got it all assembled now and it still literally sucks so much. Completely disappointed and will never buy another item from this company. ... show more

Two of the four chairs did not come with the rest of the set. After notifying the seller, I was told they were still "in transit." Whether they didn't get shipped with rest of the order or the shipper lost track of the box, I'm not sure, but 3 days later the last 2 chairs arrived. The cushions were vaccuum packed & I was skeptical they would look & feel right, but for the low cost of the product, they puffed back up and are more comfortable than others I've bought at nearly twice the price. Love this patio set came quickly super comfy looks great but an ottoman is damaged and Amazon gives you no option to contact the seller just to return the order and I do not want to return they entire order just help with the one broken piece. Hoping this review will get someone to contact me.

The furniture and fire pit were easy to assemble using the well documented instructions. The order arrives in five separate boxes, so some may arrive on different days. The fire pit appears to be shipped from CA, so expect this to arrive last. The hardware includes several hex keys used to assemble the furniture, I cut one so I could use it in my drill driver and speed up the assembly time. It does take a while to put together, but that is only due to having to use the tools it came with, not the directions. Love the style and colors and the price! Nothing was damaged upon delivery, cushions are more comfy than expected. If you’re putting it together with the little key and wrench they supply it will take you FOREVER. But luckily we had the right tools on hand to speed things up.
