I'd give this an overall 4.5. The chairs are simple to put together if you have better tools than they supply. I did have to file off a bit of metal to get the rocking mechanism to sit right under the chair. The ottomans are super simple, but the couch made me frustrated. The couch is NOT easy to assemble. The directions were not clear, things were mislabeled and I had to guess a bit. Overall it worked out and anyone can do it if they're patient and have 2-3 people helping. I will say that you cannot tighten down all the bolts/screws on the couch UNTIL it's fully together or things will absolutely not line up. Keep things loosey goosey and you'll be fine. The cushion material is pretty but not very high quality and I give those a 3.5. The frames are sturdy and I expect them to last. The seat cushions are dense and comfy and will last for a good while, but the back cushions will need replacing in a few years and they're just poly batting. For the price, I'm impressed and highly recommend this set. ... show more

Love this patio set! It’s versatile with all the different pieces being able to adjust the set up, easy to assemble with very clear instructions, and super durable fabric for outdoor. The arm detail and frame look super high end. We bought covers from At Home to help protect them when they’re not in use and the sizes were spot on. The cushions are pretty stiff, but that’s to be expected at this price point. Eventually we’ll replace the cushions with softer ones but they aren’t bad enough to do right away. ... show more

Love the set, now that it’s put together. Sturdy frame. Firm cushions. Lost a star because the directions are a bit hard to figure out, example, there were arrows on the bottom but we didn’t know if it was pointing to the front or back. Plus the sofa didn’t line up in the back, but I’ll live with it because it’s covered by the cushions and a wall. The product was packaged well and had extra bolts, nuts, etc. For the most part, directions were easy to follow and easy to put together with two people. I’m getting separate deliveries. The tables came first, then the sofa. It’s pretty sturdy but the back pillows/ cushions are almost flat as pancakes which makes you sit deep into it. Not very comfortable for a short person. It was easy to assemble.

This is by far my favorite set! The color is spot on the fabric is thicker more like a woven, looks expensive and the cushions are firm and comfortable! The metal is heavier and the bench comfortably seats 3 adults. Customer service was amazing, one of my peices didn't ship and they stayed in complete contact with me updating every step along the way! The only thing I wish is that they sold smaller sets or just the chairs alone! I would love to get a conversation set to match it! ... show more

I received part of my order very quickly and in great shape. I was missing the sofa to this patio set. I notified the vendor via Amazon on a Sunday afternoon. A few hours later, the seller contacted me via email and assured me the sofa was on its way. She even provided a tracking number that Amazon neglected to provide. The sofa arrived as promised.
