I absolutely love this TV stand! The Alder White finish is stunning — it has that soft, modern vibe that ties my whole living room together. The cabinet itself is so aesthetically pleasing that I genuinely admire it every time I walk by. It looks even better in person! It’s also super spacious — it holds all of our TV cords, devices, and more with room to spare. There are cutouts in the back for wire management, which keeps everything looking neat and organized. It’s the perfect size for our 65” TV — I think mine might actually be closer to 70”, so I do wish they offered a slightly larger option, but this one still works great. I did have to order this twice — the first one was damaged during shipping and returned to the sender. Amazon didn’t issue an automatic refund since it was still marked as “in transit,” so I waited a few days and reached out to Henn&Hart. Their customer service was excellent — super kind, apologetic, and even offered to send me a replacement instead of a refund. I had already reordered by then, so once they got the original back, they promptly refunded me. Very impressed with how they handled it. The only small hiccup (but not really a flaw) was with the interior cabinet doors. They use different hinges than the outer ones (14 vs 8), and my husband couldn’t get them to close properly at first. I had seen other reviewers mention this, but if you check the second-to-last page of the instructions, it explains how to fix it. It’s all about adjusting a specific screw on the hinge. I just did small, half-turn adjustments and checked after each one — super easy, and now they close perfectly. My husband was amazed, so now I’m officially the “handy one” in the house 😂 I would definitely order this again — in fact, I’ve been toying with the idea of getting the matching coffee table. The media could not be loaded. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product is an absolute disappointment, and I feel others need to be warned. Upon assembling the item, it became clear that it was poorly made. The most glaring issues include missing screws—we had to make a special trip to the local hardware store to purchase additional parts just to complete the assembly. Even with the new screws, the doors DO NOT align properly—they are crooked and won't close correctly. After hours of trying to make this work, it’s still far from functional. To make matters worse, the item is unstable and wobbles significantly. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a safety hazard. I’m genuinely concerned that this product could tip over, especially if near children or pets, leading to potential injuries. The lack of stability raises serious concerns about the product's design and quality control, and it could easily lead to legal issues if someone were hurt. For the price, I expected far better quality. The frustration of missing parts, faulty assembly instructions, and a product that simply doesn’t work as promised has made this a waste of time and money. It’s beyond disappointing to receive a product that clearly hasn’t gone through proper quality checks, especially one that poses such a safety risk. At this point, I expect the company to do the right thing and offer a full refund. A product that is incomplete, unstable, and potentially dangerous should not be sold to consumers.
