UPDATE: The company reached out to me after seeing my review and took care of my concerns. With this level of customer service, I updated the review to 5 stars since the product works as expected. I received my tube of this product and after removing from the box, I squeezed the tube and only got air. I then turned the tube on its side and squeezed and still just air. I turned it upside down and still no product. I had to shake the tube a couple times to finally get some product to come out. THe tube feels light as well, like it's only half full. The product itself seems to be working after only a couple days of use. I see a difference for my acne scars. Not a bad smell and it rubs in well with no aggravation. Just too bad that the tube felt to be half full. I give the product 4 stars, and 2 stars for being half full, so an average of 3 stars overall. ... show more

The box was opened and the tube is not even close to full there’s probably a quarter of what is supposed to be in there. Not cool!! I won’t buy again unless it shows outstanding results.

Skin imporved greatly after 60 days of usage. My old acne scars are more smooth and the new ones are nos dark sports anymore

My tube was definitely not completely full, that’s on me though, because I saw the reviews from others complaining about the same thing when they purchased it. So I knew the risk going in. But all the positive feedback made me want to try it anyway. I think it’s helping, but I haven’t been able to use it long enough before running out to see a true difference. I’m thinking of trying it again, just to see if I can continue to see a real improvement. ... show more

This product smells good, my skin absorbs it quickly, and it's moisturizing. The best thing of all, though, is that it actually does help with acne scars. I have been using it for about 3 weeks and have seen a reduction in scarring on my cheeks and chin. The only thing I would change is I would like a larger bottle of this product. The gel is very gentle and perfect for sensitive skin! It does not feel heavy on your skin at all. I have some acne scars that I have struggled with for the last year and I can already notice that it’s getting lighter. I would also recommend using it with a guasha to help with the absorption.     • Just what I needed
I got this for my 16yo who got bad acne scars on face. We have been using for only about 3-4 weeks now at once a day at night. This product has noticeably improved the complexion so far. Also, it definitely moisturizes with no scent. Now if I could only get her to use it twice a day as recommended.
