If I could give these a 10/5 stars I would. This is the second time I have purchased these vitamins. The first time I tried them my hair grew almost two inches in a month. The second time (currently) I am halfway through the bottle and my hair/nails have already grown so much. I included a picture of my nails this time with brown lines drawn over the picture to show my nail length was two weeks ago. I have very brittle and short nails usually so this is very long for me! These vitamins are AMAZING and I will be using buying them every month. I will update this review of my hair before and after from two months once my hair extensions are out so it’s easier to see the growth. *Only down side is my leg hair and armpit hair grow very fast too so I have to shave more often ... show more

I have been nutrient deficient since getting sick and it had caused my hair to become very thin and basically stop growing. Within 3-4 weeks of taking these, I could see a visible difference in the thickness and length of my hair! I’ve had hair down to my middle/ lower back for most of my life. It was so thin and damaged, I had to cut it back to the tops of my shoulders. Short hair isn’t for me and I’ve been eagerly waiting for it to grow out. In the last 8 months, my hair grew maybe an inch. I take various liquid supplements and tinctures to help get healthy again, but none were helping hair growth. 5 weeks into these gummies and my hair has grown well over an inch and is visibly thicker at the scalp. I waited til finishing the entire 1 month supply. (Which is 2 gummies per day). They taste good! I did take them as directed. **My nails are great!** I’ll give it that! They grew faster & stronger. My skin didn’t break out! I’m somewhat acne-prone, and biotin can do that to some folks. But it didn’t happen to me, at all… I bought these to make my hair grow thicker & stop falling out. I got the opposite! Nothing else with my routine, hormones, or diet changed— within this past month. Weird. I’m seeing 3x the size of hair clumps after a shower. Even tho the thin patches that framed around my face, temples, forehead — has filled in somewhat… The rest of my head is shedding badly! Ughhh! Oh, well!! I just purchased my second bottle. I don't think they're helping my hair grow, but it feels healthier. I'll see what happens after the second bottle. The recommended dose is two gummies a day. They have a nice berry taste and do not taste chalky. It's like having a candy treat!
