We don’t set real rules other than just hitting the ball and having fun. Sometimes we keep score, sometimes we rally, sometimes we spend more time bending over to pick up the missed ball than actually hitting it. Either way— it’s an absolute joy and sincerely, such an easy way to get outside and move. 100% recommend! For the price the paddles seemed to be of good quality and a great set to get started learning to play Pickleball at a very reasonable price.
