At first, I was skeptic of trying out a new paddle from a company that I’ve never even heard of. This product has exceeded my expectations and has given me similar, if not, better performance than popular pro-line paddles. The havok pro paddle provided me excellent power, spin, and control. I was able to pin point and land my shots with ease. The textured surface allowed me to hit a lot of spin and power on my serves and the majority of them landed in. Dinks were a little more harder for to do, but I think its more of me still learning how to dink properly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. For the price of $149 on amazon and the quality of the paddle makes it a steal. Definitely a competitor for the top of the line paddles out in the market. My only complaint is that I wish the grip had more “girth” to it. Its more of a flat octagon than a round one. Otherwise, I am very interested in seeing new releases from this company! ... show more

I think it was a good paddle choice to begin pickleball (i was non competitive tennis player) and it has helped me understand what i would like in my next paddle. Great performing paddle and value. Great power, spin and control. I have played 15 hours per week for over the past year with this paddle, and it is still going strong. I've been through five K Swiss PB shoes but this paddle is still performing great. The sweet spot surface feels a bit more slippery than the rest of the paddle but the ball still easily spins. Also, I have not had any wrist, hand, or forearm soreness or problems despite being a petite boned female. This paddle does absorb the shock and I can still feel the ball through the paddle, which helps me control my shots. Generally I am not a fan of the pure foam paddles and the ball feels dead on the paddle, meaning I get zero feedback. I will replace my current paddle with this one in the future. ... show more

I never knew I could generate so much spin until I bought this paddle. I added a spin serve just because this paddle can make the ball have action from left line to right line in the service box. My last paddle had a little more power but the power is still good enough and the spin it can create makes up for it. As a tennis player, the curved frame felt more comfortable along with the grip length. Dink shots have become a lot better with the backspin it creates for me. Sweet spot feels great and I can slam groundstrokes back and forth with great pop. I mostly play singles so the pop for serves and groundstrokes really helps. I wish it came with a cover though. I was previously using a P Tek paddle. It was my first paddle and I used it for 3 years. I felt it was starting to get a little heavy and I didn't feel like I was playing my best. Tried a friends at a match and loved it! Bought my own the same night! Was so excited. When I say this WILL improve your game, that's no lie! My backhand is much stronger because of the lightweight.
