It’s old ways , not working , it will actually cause more issues and very hard to assemble and lineup in between the tube and tire.

Easy to install. I watched the video tutorial and was surprised to find out it was relatively easy. I didn’t have to remove the wheel from the bike frame, which I was worried if I removed the rear tire I wouldn’t be able to put it back on. That was a blessing

Works ok. Got flats anyway. Slimed the tubes. Now no leaks. Goatheads and cholla are the culprits. PITA to install but doable.

These guards are not anything new but are much easier installed in a average mountain bike tire. The install on a fat tire e-bike is even more difficult and anyone interested in buying this needs to keep this in mind. It would be considerably easier if the manufacturer would provide a more contoured design. Literally it's like trying to measure the inside of a circle with a metal tape measure. The amount of cursing and self esteem damage it causes is shocking and I would recommend buying the more expensive items actually designed to be installed on the inside of a circle. If you are the person that can fit the triangle into the round hole then this product is fine for you. As for us regular mortals buy the liquid stuff for you your inner tube and live with less stress.

Changed the tires after a flat and add the liners for protection along with new tires. We can ride long distance with confidence of not having a flat.

Came with no instructions on how to put it in. Had to pay someone to put it in, who only told me afterwords the negatives of using these. Worse, I got home and tried to bike places, and my bike is majorly off balance. Its like riding on damaged dirt roads while on perfectly flat streets. The ride quality is absolutely terrible with these in. Now I have to take my tires off and pull these damn things out hopefully without damaging anything. Its a one size fits all type liner and without instruction you just have to make assumptions. Several inches of extra liner on the end made it overlap a lot causing one side of each tire to be heavier. I cannot test the durability or the puncture resistance due to the degradation of the ability to bike places.

PROS: Wow is this good stuff. Thick and wide, perfect for protecting fat tires in areas with thorns or even nails! Slick firm plastic deflects piercing objects away from your tube so you can ride worry free. Cons: may be a minor challenge to install and will require some patience. Not recommended to try to cut this stuff to make it fit a smaller tire unless you got a tin snips. Summary: It's like having a bulletproof vest for your tubes. Great security for longer distance riders and off road use.
