I am not satisfied because I paid for a new product but as you can clearly see it came used. I took the pictures as soon as I opened the box and that's how it came - all scratched. One of the plastic pads was cut shorter as you can see on the pictures. The air plates were also scratched . I'm not returning them only because I really need them for a project and if I order a different one, it will not arrive on time. Im really disappointed because I paid $900+ for a product that was supposed to be new. I am hoping that these will work despite the flaws. ... show more

"once the 1-yr warranty is up, we dont repair our products, as they are made by a 3rd-party, but we could place an order for a new one for you ?" as a result, tried to fix it myself, but beyond my skills . . : (

    • Extremely useful product
Whoever designed this product is genius. I just used it to reposition a very heavy stacked washer and dryer in a couple of minutes. Only 4 stars though because of the cost. I suppose the price might be ok for someone who used it for work every day, but for occasional use it is crazy expensive.
