Say goodbye to sagging fence gates
This kit is strong. The kit will build a very sturdy door or gate. It worked well for a wooden framed, wire chicken coop door. They are all metal and definitely durable. The gate hinges are massive and way larger than I needed. I would say the assembly was fairly easy with a couple of exceptions to note. On that point, my assembly was a rectangle with the board ends cut to 45 degrees. The first problem I ran into is the inside area of the corner frame is rounded. If you don't preassemble your wooden frame, then the board will want to pull appart when you screw in the metal frame. If you pre assemble the wooden frame and then attach the metal corners, it works better, but there will be slight gaps between the metal and wood. To prevent that, round out the outside corner of your wooden frame to compensate for the rounded metal inside. Then you'll get a perfect fit. Last point, and this is personal opinion. The included screws are strong and will work well. They are coated black to match. What's odd for me is the screw head requires a square bit. I happened to have one but not everyone will. Also, you really need to predrill the holes or the screw head will not sit flat on the frame. This is made even more complicated if you don't have a firm fit. Try attaching the outside screws (farthest from the corner) first and then drill and set the inside screws. Despite the installation issues, I'd still recommend this gate kit. It is really heavy duty and will work well when you have it together. The included latches are also well matched and work well.

PERPFECT
This gate hardware kit has been a great solution for improving the stability and function of my gate. The heavy-duty steel construction feels strong and reliable, and the powder-coated finish provides added protection against rust and outdoor weather conditions. The adjustable design is very convenient because it works with different wood sizes and can be used for both new gate installations and repairs on older sagging gates. The reinforced brackets help keep the gate aligned and prevent twisting or drooping over time. Installation was straightforward thanks to the included hardware and pre-drilled holes. Having the hinges, brackets, latch, and screws all included made the process much easier, and the setup can be completed quickly with basic tools. A Solid, Heavy-Duty Gate Frame Kit
I can't speak to how it performs long term, but I can definitely speak to the construction. This is a substantial kit. The steel frame pieces and corner brackets are heavy enough that I don't have any concerns about them doing their job once everything is assembled, and the kit includes the hinges, latch, and hardware needed to put the whole thing together. I especially like the diagonal bracing because sagging is always the enemy with a decent-sized wooden gate, and this gives the gate a much better structure than simply building a rectangular wood frame and hoping it stays square. Everything looks well made, the powder coating is decent, and nothing about the kit strikes me as cheap or lightweight. For 33 bucks, there's a lot here, and based on the construction I think it's a good value.

Screws are not meant for heavy duty
Heavy duty latches I give a 4, the screws that come with it: the heads snapped off a few days after install. Ordered a 2nd set before I found this issue knowing it would be a month delivery, day before 1 month out the 2nd say got extended 3 weeks. Cancelled it.

This was not what I was expecting
The Chic Nyst Heavy Duty Anti-Sag Gate Frame Kit Corner Brace Bracket with Self-Locking and 3.5'' Heavy Door Hinges Latch for Wooden Fence, Driveway, Shed & Corral Gates Rust-Proof Black Hardware is pretty easy to use and installation isn't too bad. It's a lot smaller than I was anticipating. It also doesn't take as much sag out as I was thinking because it's not as big as I thought. It is stable enough and the material seems durable but I can see this rusting over time, especially if you scratch the finish. I wouldn't recommend this product however.

Prevents sagging gate
These were purchased to reinforce my existing wooden gate from sagging. The steel frame corners are well built and sturdy. Because of other reviews, I plan to NOT use the screws it came with but will use deck screws that are less likely to snap off.
