Socks have had a FULL charge. They don’t stay on. The socks themselves are thick which keep my feet somewhat warm. But for the money, I expected HEATED socks. Don’t waste your money.

I had tried a couple of other brands. This one is excellent. The batteries last longer than the other ones I tried. The socks are very soft and well made. They definitely keep my feet warm and don't get too hot as other heating apparel sometimes does. The app interfaces nicely with the socks and is easy to use. I had a minor problem. I contacted the company and received an immediate response. They were very courteous and easy to deal with.
