I LOVE this coat! The coat without the heat turned on it perfect for those cool spring or fall days. The multiple setting are perfect for any other weather you might encounter. I love in Minnesota so the weather can get as low as 50 below zero. With a sweatshirt and this jacket on high heat you will be as toasty as a polar bear. There are only a few down sides. If you're a women keep in mind that these are men's sizes. If you wear a large sweatshirt order the coat in a small. The battery pack is heavy but do-able. You can't just use any brick to power the coat so if the pack ever needs to be replaced it could be challenging. All said, for the price skip the name brands and grab this one up!

No instruction were included, but after some effort they were sent. Amazon stepped in and made it happen. I have a suggestion for the company in terms of a design change. The activation buttons should be on the sleeve where you can see them such that you can change the heat levels for more easily. My only concern now is the zipper which gets stuck when unzipping so you have to be careful.

There's not much I don't like about the jacket. But if I had to say one thing I'm not fond of its the size of the battery pocket. It is quite annoying to get the battery in or out of the battery compartment pocket in the jacket, it kinda gets me mad often. But luckily I don't have to charge it too often. It's been really cold here in Colorado this year, and this jacket has stood its claims, and kept me pretty warm this winter. It's perfectly wind proof, extremely light weight (the battery weighs at least twice as much as the jacket.) The warming feature I feel honestly doesn't get as hot as the temperature claims it does, but I don't think any heated product gets as hot as it claims to be. When i have layers on the max temperature doesn't matter though, it all feels great and toasty! And it's the perfect jacket for any occasion! It's very thin material so I don't know if it would be the best for snowboarding or doing construction work in, as it might rip pretty easily, but any other uses its perfect!!

Over this product is fine, I got on sale and so far it serves its purpose. However the claims of having a 10hr battery pack is a stretch, and the battery pack is a little bulky. The jacket sizes are a little large for women, I ordered an xs and it is pretty big on me, but overall the jacket does heat nicely and is a good investment if you hate the cold.

Great product compared to other heated jackets and vest heats well and the lowest setting is very warm in 40 degree weather. The only issue I have with the jacket the sleeves are a little short and I'm a average male 6ft 188lbs. You have to buy the exact size the first one I purchased was a large it didn't fit perfectly to my body so I gave it away as a gift. I order a medium it fit perfectly except for the sleeves. Other than that it's the best heated jacket at this price
