I have had this machine a year and have so many problems with it. It is beyond a nightmare now it’s saying I need replacement parts. I wish I had never bought this machine. I had this printer for almost a year and then it stopped working because I didn’t clean the print head right. I contacted their customer service and they were so nice and informative. They spent hours with me, walking through how to fix everything. By far, the best and most responsive customer service I have ever had. After two days of fixing the parts I needed, it worked. The media could not be loaded. I love this machine as a start up for my business. I had some issues when I first started on this machine but the seller was very helpful in fixing the issues when I contacted them. They guide you through step by step.

Wow, I don't know where to begin, so I will start by saying that I absolutely LOVE my DTF printer, it has made a huge difference in my t-shirt business. It is my #1 go to above sublimation and HTV. The colors are so beautiful and vibrant. The after sales department at Punehod are awesome. You can not ask for a more patient and knowledgeable team such as them. They will work with you and address and questions or issues that you have.     • Worst printer ever.
Worst printer ever. Have had nothing but trouble with it. Bought multiple replacement parts and even used the “tech support” and still the printer does not work. Told me I would have to ship it to Cali for someone to “look at it” I should have went with a different printer for the amount of money spent on it and on parts. Small business over here and this has been worse for me. Wouldn’t replace the printer or refund me even with all the problems and “tech” help. Do not recommend. ... show more

I love this printer! I’ve Been using it for a solid year and it always produces high quality prints and the software to use is straight to the point and user friendly. Because of my failure to do daily maintenance on the printer I’ve had to replace some of the parts, but each time the amazing customer service would explain to me why it’s not working, send me a link to buy the replacement parts and sends a step by step instruction on how to repair.
