The media could not be loaded. I own several heat press machines which I use simultaneously to create logo merchandise for my clients. All are the exact same machine, but some have different color schemes (red or blue accents). I'm very happy with this heat press. It is a quality machine which is perfect for a home crafter or a very small business. The price point is quite fair considering how many accessories you'll receive. The 5-in-1 machine comes with the machine and all of the accessories needed to press flat objects, hats, plates, and mugs. The 8-in-1 machine is the exact same, except that it comes with an upgraded attachment for cylindrical items, which will accommodate not only mugs, but bottles and cups of many sizes. The machine is VERY easy to set up and operate. It's pretty much "plug and play." The big problem is that the instructions are horrible if you are a first time user and never operated a heat press. The instructions are pretty much limited to suggested heat temperatures and times, and directions on how to change the digital settings. It is assumed that you already know how to set up the machine, where to put your objects, etc.. I found a video on YouTube to guide me through the process. I received this press right on time as promised. It was easy to set up. I watched a YouTube video on how to set the heat and timer Everything works great. I don't use it everyday, but at least 4 days out of 7 and I have had no problems at all. I have not needed customer service so I cannot rate them. Otherwise, I get this a 5 star rating. ... show more

Game changer for sure! Works great so far. Only negative is that one of the screws are way to tight so I can't exactly get it out to make plates but luckily I haven't went to make plates yet so it's been fine for now but I'll eventually be crossing that bridge.

Unboxed and it was ready to go. Easy instructions and use. I googled several videos so I knew what I was doing and it was great. All my shirts turned out perfect. Heated up nice, swung over easy, I checked all bolts and screws to make sure it was tight from shipping. Nothing loose. I wish I would of ordered sooner, I hesitated for some time. Mine didn’t come with a manual. The press doesn’t maintain heat so as soon as it reaches temperature and you press, it immediately drops 20° and you have to wait for it to come back up which it will only do if you hit the play/pause button. Very annoying but it gets the job done.

This machine is a piece of junk!! The temperature says it’s Celsius but I think it was Fahrenheit and was so inconsistent. There are NO instructions that make sense anyway and the whole machine just felt cheap!! Returned and already got my refund thanks to Amazon!

It was awful. It wouldn't swivel, even after fully loosening the adjustments. Just metal on metal, grinding shavings. Even after lubrication, it was unusable.
