Couldn't pair both ears. Opening case with devices in case did not work. Lots of feedback when they were turned up enough to work. Tried different earpiece sizes for that also. Heavy enough to fall out of ear periodically. Tried 2 different sets.

The URL to download the app required to make best use goes to an apparently unrelated Chinese language site. The item is rather too challenging to manage without the app to make effective use of it. unusable if you have Android device! QR link for app takes you to website for Chinese games. I have nothing against Chinese games I just don't read or speak Chinese and the games don't control the device. I followed the Amazon tech support link to be directed to other apps that don't control the devices either. All in all this amplifier and Amazon help get really terrible rating on this ... show more
