    • Great taste low price
Recently one of the very pricey granola‘s on here have a nationally known name that is a premium was not as available and the price seem to speak a bit during the virus so when I ran out of it recently I purchased this because the price was about half if not even more than half less than the nationally known brand. I compared the numbers and the flavor and other snacks and with the price this by far is the best I have found. When the other price drops or becomes more available I may go back but not sure that I would I mix this with fresh fruit such as strawberries or peaches with yogurt and make myself a nice parfait and sometimes that’s all I eat for dinner with a cup of hot coffee and it is very satisfying. So you can use it for other than breakfast. My personal reason for liking granola was I was in a 10 day coma at Duke University medical center after several days of not being allowed to eat granola was the first meal for some reason I was allowed to eat after they said I could eat food again. So it’s always have a special place in my heart. So I hope this little story helps you and I’m sure you will not be disappointed with this product it’s simply excellent. ... show more

    • Great Value for the Money, but...
If you're wondering how they can sell 3 1/2 pounds of granola cereal at a fraction (per weight) of what you'd pay in a store, it's because this is the shake. You know the broken up bits that fall to the bottom of a box of granola? I'm not saying it's powder, but you won't find any big chunks in these boxes. I assume that's why it's so cheap. That being said, it tastes the same - it's delicious. But just so you're aware, the texture is slightly different, as there aren't any big chunks of granola. I gave it 4-stars, because it is delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. I withheld the 5th star, because it's a little misleading, as they don't tell you it's the shake. It's like items at an outlet mall: they are still good, and most people won't notice the difference, but it's slightly lower quality than if you paid full price. ... show more

    • Crunchy to the last bite
Tastes good, nice and crunchy and has lots of fiber . Only negative is having to break up some of the larger chunks.

    • Where are the crunchy clusters?
Buy this as a base for my own granola/trail mix (add dried cranberries, walnut pieces, flaked coconut, etc.). Problem is in the shipping. The cereal should have lots of small clusters of cereal for a nice crunch. If the boxes get tossed around in shipping (well, they’re not fragile, exactly), the clusters break up, leaving a more uniform cereal product. Not so bad when used as, say, a breakfast item eaten with a spoon, but unsatisfactory as a base for my trail mix - out in the woods it’s fingers-only and what a sticky mess.     • So yummy and stays crunchy
So I loved this cereal and ate it any time of the day. The flavor was perfect, it would stay crunchy, the price is a little bit on the higher side but it’s still delicious. Now, my husband loved it and then changed his mind. We were out of the cereal one day so he ate plain Cheerios and that day he did not have heartburn then he ate the granola the next day and he had heartburn. II sent in a review stating that other stores sell this product at half the price of Amazon. Well, I was wrong, but it is still cheaper at other stores. But this price is too expensive.     • Very tasty - but unhealthy sugar levels!
This is a very tasty granola, however it is very sweet. If you look at the package you will see that it is loaded with carbs, sugars, and added sugars. By the time you have eaten your serving you will have almost consumed your recommended daily allowance of sugars for your entire day. Remember that carbs convert into sugars so adding the three together puts you way too high. If you are like me and suffer from any type of diabetes (type 3C here), then you might want to consider a granola made with a sugar substitute or one that is lower in sugar and does not include all of the additional sugars. ... show more
