I have been really enjoying my Vivtone hearing aids. I’ve had them for about 2 1/2 months now I use one at a time normally and have them fitting loose in my ear because I don’t like to seal off the canal and only have minor issues with feedback in spite of that. if I put them all the way in, there is no feedback, but I find it more comfortable if they’re loose. I never have a problem with them falling out. I find the speech to be very clear and I wear them all day long and never worry about them running out of battery power. I’ve tried several other brands and not liked them, but these are perfect for me . It took me very little time to get used to them and the controls are easy to use. Great product!:). ... show more

    • Small and indiscreet; great customer service
I liked the small size and great customer service. I could hear better with these hearing aids than my previous ones. I did have initial difficulty getting familiar with the aids and charging system but all questions were answered and assistance provided.

    • Ina's Cutsomer Service was Excellent
I had a problem with the right hearing aid and I emailed customer service of Vivtone. They responded right away and replaced the malfunctioning pair. They updated me on when I will be getting the replacement. Thank you Ina for your help.
