My insurance doesnt cover them and if I wanted to be able to hear and interact with othets i definitely need them ! Ive seen lots of different hearing aid designs but these look just like earbuds and really caught my attention. These Hearing Aids are rechargeable and fit in the ear canal. They are very discreet and comfortable and come with different sized silicone pieces so I can get a good fit. I sont have to worry about them falling out of my ear. The hearing aids last all day on 1 charge and charge in the case. The help to cancel out Background Noise and I can adjust the volume on them. They're very simple and user friendly too! Overall, these hearing aids have really improved my quality of life by improving my ability to hear and interact with others ! Definitely thankful for them and would highly recommend. ... show more

I didn't order pink, I didn't get pink. The product page now says they're pink. They aren't. Anyway, as another review points out they seem to work fairly well for hearing AMPLIFYING, but cannot be tuned to specific hearing loss. As such they are not true hearing aids and will not be a miracle cure for your hearing loss unless your loss is fairly flat across the hearing range. Since my hearing loss is very pronounced in certain ranges (low/bass vocal, mid-vocal) and these amplify EVERYTHING my problem is that the things I hear just fine get amplified louder too resulting in the drowning out effect on the ranges I struggle to hear. I can hear you scrape your hand across that paper though. They are comfortable enough. Lack Bluetooth. Kit contains most everything you'll need. Decent hearing AMP for the price but will NOT replace hearing aids if you have selective hearing loss. ... show more

I've reviewed a number of other Hearing Amplifiers on Amazon and thus far these EARRCK's are at the top of my list. I've been a long time Siemens Hearing Aid user due to my moderate to moderately severe hearing loss which I have had to put up with for over 20 years. Due to the fact that I'm now retired I'm was hoping to find a set of inexpensive hearing amplifiers that I would feel comfortable wearing and could fill the gap of being able to hear normal conversations and listen to the TV. My current hearing aids have been great but at about $4,000 dollars a set and the fact that most sets start to fail between 5 to 7 years I need to find something to fill the void when my old ones finally give up the ghost. The biggest drawback is that the amplifiers are not able to be tuned to my specific frequency loss by a hearing professional based on a personal hearing test. With that being said here is what I like about these hearing amplifiers. The first item I like is that their small or mini size fits comfortably in my ears which personally since I've always used the "Behind The Ear" (BTE) hearing aids I never thought I would use the in the ear models since in the beginning the aids that fit inside the ear were larger in size than these and were to obvious for me to feel comfortable wearing. Earrck also provides multiple of silicone ear tip sizes for any ear canal size you might have to make sure you would get the best fit possible The second item I appreciate is that the program modes as well as the volume are adjusted by a single button (long presses for programs and short presses for volume) but usually with the BTE amplifiers they have an on/off, volume up, volume down switches along with a program's button and if you're like me, with larger fingers, I always had to remove the amplifiers to make the adjustments needed. Now with adjusting these they stay in my ear and I can hear the associated beeps clearly when setting them. Also another series of pluses is that once my Siemens hearing aids finally go bad I don't have to buy any more button batteries, the EARRCK charging case is small enough to comfortably carry in your pocket and when its' fully charged it will charge these aids approx. 5 times until it needs to be recharged, it also appears that the manufacturer has overcome the usual "Tinny" sound with these amplifiers and added a background noise cancelling circuitry along with changing the sound waves to digital signal which as the seller states is providing the clearest hearing possible and for the price I totally agree with them. I actually could sense the noise cancelling at times when I coughed or cleared my throat these aids would instantly lower the sound coming to my ears for a second or two while I was listening to my TV. Although the seller furnishes a short charging cable of about 18" long but if you happen to use an Android phone your USB Type C charging cable which, if like mine, are typically 3' to 6' long then they will work to charge the EARRCK charging case. As a side note if you've had any type of aids in the past then you should be aware of replacing the wax guards in a timely manner but with this kit they do supply a package of guards and the tool to change them out with so if you notice the amplification decreasing or no sound at all then by all means look into the end of soft earplug and if you see some earwax inside of the opening then it's time to read the instructions that came with the supplied wax guards and replace them. Typically, you should change it about once a month, but this can vary depending on how much or how little earwax you produce. And lastly most people with hearing impairment probably already know this but some doctors will tell you that amplifiers can help in some mild to slightly moderate hearing impairment cases but you're left on your own to figure out if you're amplifying sounds sufficiently and not damaging your hearing from unnecessary amplification of sounds that you can still hear so my advice is if you go with these amplifier aids or any others please remember that less is better when it comes to amplification of sounds. Start with small incremental adjustments with your volume settings until you find something that feels comfortable. Extra loud may sound better initially but can cause further hearing loss over time... ... show more
