Was hesitant, when pulling out the bag. It was suppose to be 20inch but felt more like 14inch. The curls were very bouncy. Little to no smell coming out of the bag. Had a nice strap along the bases for gluesless wig. Came precut but I did cut it more to fit my head. The little comb in the back detached, idk know how. Was a little confusing how to get the strings to tighten, but eventually figured it out. Overall I’d give it 4 stars.

Based on the previous reviews, I thought that this would be a good investment the wig did take her bleach and color. However, the material of hair felt very low-grade Human. The ends are split and damaged gave the Hair a bleach bath, which is more gentle one the hair and did the watercolor method and a deep conditioning treatment after coloring the hair hair is not deep wave a curl pattern does not even curl back after the first wash hair tangled

This hair is a good hair, it looks very natural when installed properly. The hair texture is very soft and has little to no tangle. The curl pattern is very good and they hold. This wig is worth the value for your money. I recommend buying.

Update: I did hear from the company and they did say that the new closure was here to stay but their construction had not changed. They did offer to send me a new one to try. However, I have since found another new brand I very happy with so declined. My review is an honest review of what I experienced with my wig (and I had been wearing that one consistently and think that was the 7th one I got). My suggestion is if you have the same experience I did, reach and let them know so they can try to correct it if it happens to you. I do appreciate their customer service and trying to correct the problem so I have added 2 more stars for that alone! The first 6 I got and loved so hopefully the one I got was just one that should not have made it past quality control! ———————————————————————- I use to buy this wig regularly. Somewhere at the beginning of 2024 then went to cheap plastic cinching to fit wig versus elastic bands across the back. The last one I ordered also seemed to be poorer quality hair that started to shed very quickly. Vendor lied to me and told me that wig cap would go back to regular construction. Just checked and a video of purchase this month confirms that have not changed back. Don’t be fooled by positive reviews. This product has changed and is not the quality it once was!
